It is at the higher point of the resort and has a nice and very comfortable balcony and veranda (50 sq.m) with beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea and Antiparos. We offer free parking places in a private and safe area.

Local Amenities and Activities

Our resort has been built in a quite area with unobstructed sea view. It is closed to Parikia, capital of Paros, and many sandy beaches. We are about one km away from Greek traditional taverna, super market and bus stop. In a short drive (about 5 minutes) you could go for kite surf, wind surf, sailing, scuba and other water sports. A tennis club is 5 minutes away from our resort

Our villas are about 7 km from the Airport of Paros and 6 km from the port of Paros. In 1 km there is a bus stop.

2. El.Venizelos Airport (Athens)-Paros Airport

We pick you up from the port or airport and move to our villas

-If you have your own car and prefer to come alone:

Port of Paros In the first 200 m you will find a cross Turn right at Periferiakos road of Parikia direction to the Airport/Aliki In about 6 km you will be at Bus Stop Butterfly and turn left Our villas are 1,4 km from the Bus Stop Butterfly

Policies & Disclaimers

About our reservation and cancellation policy, please find it following.
We need the 30% of the total cost of the accommodation as a reservation deposit and the balance (70%) should be paid 2 weeks before your arrival.
If you cancel your booking till the last 2 weeks of your arrival date we will keep the 30% reservation deposit.
If you cancel the booking the last 2 weeks or non show, we keep all the amount of the booking.

The day of your arrival we need a refundable amount of 200 euro as a damage deposit and we give it back to you the day of your departure, hoping that the villa is in the same excellent condition as the day of your arrival.
