Level 2:�Living room�(very cosy and�comfy, big screen TV with cable,�Treadmill�while watching TV or Beach) lovely view of the sea and the beach and the street and the garden, it really has the best view - Bedroom (it's made for kids, with kids design, there is crib and a bedroom available for infant or toddler, 2 closets and nice big window with view of the fortress) -�Master bedroom�(with balcony and big dressing and 2 windows, view of the fortress and the beach, very modern furniture) - Bathroom (very large with 2 sinks and a big tub fit 2 persons�comfortably)

There is a big terrace as well in the Level 1 right in front of the living room and on the back of the kitchen there is a door that takes out of the house, for morning breakfast of brunch with a barbecue place.

There is a very big garage for parking up to 5 cars. you can park the cars outside too since it's very large street and very safe.

Local Amenities and Activities

Nearby the villa there is so much to do starting from the beach, best beach in the Country, white sans and transparent water, you can also do walking or jogging or go to do Tennis (20 mn walk or 4mn driving) or you can also fo to the port (20mn walk) to buy fresh fish in the morning, or to the city center (30mn walk, 6mn driving) there is also a�magnificent Golf course 1h driving. You can also fish or do watever is related to water since you'll be living right on the beach (ski, windsurfing, etc.)

The place is quit near most famous touristic and historical places in Tunisia (Tunis, Carthage, Hammamet, Sousse, Nabeul, Hawaria, etc) the furthest one is only 2h away.

The airport is 1h30 away (in the capital Tunis, so you will be only 1:30h away from the capital and the�hassle�of the capital)
