         The main villa has 2 bedrooms and the guest house 2 more bedrooms. The villa is closed to Parikia (capital of Paros). It is at the west side with fantastic and unobstructed sea view. The main villa and the guest house could accommodate 10 people. The villa has been built in 6.000 sq.m plot of land, has private swimming pool with sea view and parking places. The surrounding area has just a few built houses and just 1km away, there’s a sandy beach with clean waters and a nice beach club to enjoy your holidays. There are many sandy beaches closed to the villa just few minutes’ drive. If you are interested in tasting the local fruits you could find a traditional market with fruits just 300 meters from our villa. We also have a comfortable living room and dining room for 8 people with fireplace, TV, DVD pla The first floor has the master bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa-bed with a bathroom. If you prefer we could remove the double sofa-bed to the living room. [endif] The guest house communicates with the main villa by stairs. In case you want to isolate these properties you could locked the interior door and both properties have separate main entrances. The guest house has also 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen fully equipped, living-dining room with 2 sofas, table for 8 people, chairs and TV. We also offer a washing machine so you could use this guest house as a separate property. In the outside area we have the private swimming pool, a barbecue area, big verandas and sun beds. The wooden pergola with the bid table for 10 people and chairs will be an ideal place to enjoy your meals with your friends. We offer daily maid service during your stay Local Amenities and ActivitiesOur Villa is situated closed to Parasporos sandy beach, about 800 meters. Parikia and the port of Paros is 3.5 km. There are restaurants and bars in 1 km. We are also near to Pounda where the ferry in 10 minutes brings you to Antiparos Island (where you can visit the famous Antiparos caves) The famous and picturesque fishing village of Naousa is about 12 km.
