Acquaviva is an old, country manor house situated in the heart of Maremma, just a few kilometres away from the hot springs of Saturnia.
The estate’s vineyards and olive trees surround the late 19th century Villa and Cottages, with their 25 rooms. All rooms, endowed with antique Tuscan furniture, are different from each other as we have taken the utmost care in the details; in fact, you can choose a room with a four-poster bed, with a wrought iron-frame or with a padded headboard. Some rooms also offer a whirlpool bath, balcony or verandah. We have bedrooms of different sizes to suit everyone’s personal needs, for smokers or non-smokers, bedrooms for the disabled and bedrooms where small pets are allowed.
Moreover,, Acquaviva has a tennis court, a swimming pool with whirlpool bath, a relaxation/massage lounge and a vast park, full of century-old trees.
In the heart of the park right in front of the swimming pool, in a position that offers a panoramic view, “La Limonaia di Villa Acquaviva” restaurant offers the possibility of trying out genuine, regional specialities. Here you can taste typical recipes prepared with ingredients produced on our farm; in order to guarantee that all the products of the Limonaia’s dishes are fresh, our menu varies according to the season.
At the Acquaviva Wine Bar, you can taste the DOC wines produced on the farm’s extensive vineyards (Nero and Bracaleta, Morellino di Scansano and the various Bianco di Pitigliano white wines), our extra virgin olive oil, and a variety of jams and honey.
Acquaviva’s unique location is an ideal starting point for pleasant drives, either towards the sea and the wonderful shores of the Argentario promontory, or else inland to discover historical and cultural itineraries, passing through the Etruscan and Roman remains still to be found in the nearby villages.
Acquaviva has made a new and exclusive agreement with the Spa of Saturnia. A Privilege Card is available for our guests, that grants them the possibility of enjoying a special package price for use of the swimming pools and the Wellness Centre, consisting of private entrance, reserved areas in the park, sauna, Turkish bath, swimming set and other services. Our guests are also granted special rates for the golf course.

The hotel bedrooms are furnished with Tuscan antiques, wrought iron beds and with great care being paid to the details so as to make each room different from the next.
Each bedroom is named after a flower, inspired by the colours found in the patterns of the English fabrics which furnish the rooms.
The hotel bedrooms and the country hotel at Saturnia offer as internal services: bathroom, Tv and Satellite Tv, Sky Tv, telephone, safe-deposit box, air conditioning, mini-bar. Some bedrooms have a hydromassage bathtub while others have a terrace or veranda leading out to the garden.

Requests for earlier or later check-in /check-out are accepted according to availability; you can also check-out later, according to availability, by paying 50% of bedroom value. If the hotel is fully booked, we will not be able to satisfy your request. However, you may leave your luggage in our storeroom without any extra charge.

The nearest airport is Fiumicino (FCO), 135 km from here. We do not have a transfer service. However, we can organize one via NCC [Car Hire Chauffeur Service] for approximately 200 euro. The nearest station is Orbetello, 40 km away, although the largest, nearby station is Grosseto, 52 km away.
