The villa will comfortably accommodate 8 people. We provide a travel cot for infants.

Kitchen:

Dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery, glasses and cookware.

Living Room:

The open-plan living room with attractive fireplace has double patio doors leading to a shady terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.

Satellite TV (Sky), DVD, video & CD players.

Internet access if you bring your laptop.

Dining area: the table comfortably seats 8. For alfresco dining, there is a large table on the terrace, with a barbecue on the nearby patio (and a small herb garden which helps when cooking).

Pool:

The pool is gated and includes an alarm. 

Garden:

The garden spans a large area and has olive trees, rosemary bushes and pine trees. There is also a small lawn at the back of the villa which is perfect for an afternoon nap.

Garage:

The garage is connected to the vila by an internal hallway and includes washer and drying machine, hoover and lots of other things to keep the family occupied. for example, tennis rackets, boules etc.  

Security:

The villa is fitted with electric gates which can be opened via a remote control. The driveway leads to a parking area which can easily accommodate up to four cars. 

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

Rental includes: linen and towels, pool and garden maintenance.  Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost.

Local Amenities and Activities

The villa is in a great location for those wanting to explore the many delights of the South of France. It is near beaches for the sun lovers, close to plenty of restaurants for gourmet afficinados, has easy access to fantastic shops and markets of Nice & Cannes with easy reach and has fast access to the A8 motorway for day trips to St.Tropez, Monaco, Monte Carlo or even San Remo in Northern Italy.

The villa is minutes from historic and arty locations such as St Paul De Vence, Mougins, Valbonne and Biot. It is close to golf courses, adventure playgrounds, the famous Marineland and lots of amusement parks for the kids too.

We even have tennis courts within a twenty second walk of the front door and if you are quick you can run there in under ten seconds – really it’s that close!!
