      The interior of this property is beautifully finished and decorated in rustic style, spacious sitting-living room, with fireplace and Sat. Tv., fully fitted kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms one en suite. From the outside terraces and porch as well from the pool area you will enjoy spectacular views through the mountains down to a wide expanse Mediterranean sea. Central heating throughout. The small white village of Competa is at only 3,5 km distance. Since July 2009 the whole way to Finca Higueron is over a tarmac road. Only the last 200-300 meters are quite steep. This part is, however also cemented and an ordinary car can be used without problems. Nervous drivers may feel happier in a four wheel drive. However we do try to be as flexible as possible and allow access as soon as the property has been cleaned and prepared. However kindly note that arrivals between 21.30 and 09.00 are subject to an additional charge of 50 Euros. We ask that you depart by 11.30. Clients departing on later flights may be able to extend their stay depending on the arrival time of incoming clients. Airports / Sea Ports / Other TransportMalaga airport is at only 55 km distance. Driving directions (from airport or sea port)Take the exit 285 signposted “Torrox and Competa”. Drive on towards the village of Torrox and take the exit to Competa. Follow this road approximately 14 kilometers you will come to the brow of a hill with a crossroads. Drive straight ahead and shortly after the crossroads you will see Competa over to your right. Ignore all the turnings to the right and follow the main road keeping the village on your right. At the end of this road you will come to a crossroads, take care and turn very sharp right. Competa is now on your left, drive into the village. Drive past at the garage TEJAUTO and follow the road up to a ramp. Follow this street and you will reach automatically a large car parking.
