In the ground area you can find spacious living room that has a direct exit to wonderful, surrounding, green garden. Within living room there is dining area, kitchen and, separated in one part of the living area, small office-working space also with garden exit. In the rest of the ground area you can find daily toilet, laundry room and food storage.� Communication between house levels is solved with inside stairs.�
On the first floor you will find master bedroom with its belonging bathroom, wardrobe and huge party covered terrace, where you can have your morning coffee, or a glass of vine in sunset, enjoying in the wonderful view. On this level there is also a small children’s room.�
On the last floor , under the roof there are two more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and wardrobe, decorated in the same elegant and minimalist style.�
Villa has detailed designed outside, horticultural area with automatic irrigation.� Outside surface of Villa is covered with exclusive white stone, and whole object is under video surveillance.� Garden is for sure one of the places you spend most of your time during year in Dalmatia, so guests of this Villa will highly appreciate this wonderful garden which also has an outside kitchen and fireplace.�
