Zoltan is part of a complex which is consisted of four double-floor independent villas that were built in 2008. It is located at Pyrgoi Thermis village, 7 kilometers away from Lesvos island's capital, Mytilene, at the east side of the island, across the Asia's Minor coast, on the main highway that leads to Thermi and Mandamados villages. It is near the clear shallow and sandy beach Kanoni that is ideal for kids and in a close distance there is the scenic slab port of Thermi, with traditional cafes, taverns and few bars in the nearby area There is a mini market and a pharmacy across the complex and a bus stop in front of it. The transportation to and from the city to Mytilene is frequent and there are many travel agencies in Mytilene that organize excursions for tourists, all over the island and in Asia's Minor coast.

The villa is in a large afforested plot, it has antiseismic construction, heat and sound insulation and at its back side there is a parking area and an olive grove. The villa has 2 top floor bedrooms with shared bathroom and balcony. On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, dinning table, full equipped kitchen WC and a balcony. There are also 2 air-conditions, TV, boiler, hair-dryer, refrigerator, oven, washing machine and full furniture equipment. Finally on the basement there is large and luminous store-space.
