The villa is set on a large plot with an orangery onsite where one is encouraged to pick the oranges and take advantage of freshly squeezed orange juice during their stay. Upon entering this elegant 4 bedroom villa you are welcomed by a tastefully furnished and decorated open plan living room, complete with satellite TV, X-Box entertainment system and CD player. The living room leads off to the dining room and fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and ceramic hob to name a few. From here one is led to a twin bedroom with adjacent shower room and WC making it ideal for people with walking disabilities or for a couple travelling within a large group looking for a bit of privacy. The marble stair case with artistic ironwork banisters leads to the first floor where a utility room is conveniently located complete with kitchenette. The master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and Jacuzzi whirlpool bath are also found on this floor along with another two twin bedrooms both with spacious en-suite shower rooms. The main bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms offer communicating balconies where one can be spoilt with the panoramic views across the mountain plains and orange groves. There are two supermarkets close by and numerous beaches only ten minutes drive away. Latchi fishing harbour is 15 minutes drive away and Paphos town centre is 30 minutes.
