Homeros Villa is located in the lovely rustic village of Asteri. Just 2 km. from the nearest sandy beach this lovely villa which is built of local materials, stones and wood can accommodate up to 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Entering into the villa on the right there is an open plan kitchen well equipped. The living area is spacious, decorated by a fire place and a big table that can accommodate 8 people. This area has also got an A/C for the hot days of the Cretan summer. Walking through the corridor there is a bathroom with a bathtub. Next to it there is the first bedroom with 2 single beds and further on there is the second one with a double bed.

One can go upstairs through a stone staircase covered by wood. The second bathroom is on this level with bathtub and Jacuzzi. Further on there is the 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and next to it the 4th bedroom with a double bed. All the bedrooms are equipped with A/C. Also big balcony doors open and lead to balconies where there are greater views to the villas and the countryside.

The villa has got a lovely pool of 30 m2 with sun beds and umbrellas.

The distance to the nearest tavern is just 1,7 km. away. In the same distance there is a greater number of shops, supermarkets and a petrol station. The town of Rethymno is just 14 km. away or 15 minutes driving. A car is considered to be essential for exploring the area and the whole island.
