Villa extends on 170 m�, and a garden and yard on 200 m�. It offeres accommodation for 6 persons in a 4-star category.It comprises the ground floor with a stone entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room with a fireplace, wine bar, bedroom and bathroom with a shower. The inner stone staircase leads to the first floor with 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, 2 bathrooms with a tub and a terrace of 50 m� with deckchairs and sunshades for complete privacy. Just outside the villa in the yard is a pool surrounded by scented laurel trees, deckchairs and sunshades, a corner for sitting and relaxing and a dining table. The wine bar offers some of the best Hvar wines made from grapes from the south slopes of the island.�

By boat Hvar is linked with land by ships inside the Split surroundings, and the regular service lines are: Split – Stari Grad; Drvenik – Sucuraj; Split – Hvar Fast ship line Split-Hvar/Hvar-Split: every day, repeatedly Ferry link Split-Hvar/Hvar-Split: every day Ferry link Split-Stari Grad/Stari Grad-Split: every day, repeatedly Ferry line Drvenk-Sucuraj/Sucuraj-Drvenik: every day, repeatedly Speed ferry link Jelsa-Split/Split-Jelsa: every day, repeatedly. During the summer months the ferry links intensified, and even hydro-ships sail out to the island. The summer ferry schedule is active from May 31st September 28th. Through its port in Stari Grad, Hvar is linked with the entire coastline (three times a week) with a ferry line Rijeka-Zadar-Split-Stari Grad-Split and with an international ferry line (every day) Pescara-Stari Grad-Split and with an international ferry line (two times a week) Ancona-Stari Grad-Split-Korcula. Jadrolinija is the main Croatian ship company which holds three main ferry and ship lines in Croatia. By airplane The Split airport (http://www.split-airport.hr/) is the closest one to Hvar. There is organized transportation on the airport with buses to the Split port every 20 minutes.In the ports Jadrolinija offices (http://www.jadrolinija.hr/) ask for the regular lines to the island.If there is no direct flight to Split from the destination you are traveling from, you can arrange your flight through Zagreb (http://www.zagreb-airport.hr/) which has a very good connection with Split.
By car There are two ferry ports with car admission on Hvar; Stari Grad and Sucuraj. The port of Stari grad has a connection with Split and it is closer, and a ride to Svirče takes about 10 minutes, to Ivan Dolac 30 minutes and that road goes cross the beautiful southern side of the island. The port in Sucuraj has a connection with Drvenik on land and is further away from Svirče, because it is located on the other side of the island. Nevertheless, this link saves time for the tourists that are travelling from the Dubrovnik, Mostar or Sarajevo direction. The parking lot is situated right by the House. The gas stations for cars and ships are located in Jelsa and Vrboska. By bus The closest bus station in Split is located right next to the ferry port. Split has a favourable bus connections to all directions. There are everyday bus lines from Hvar to Svirče, Ivan Dolac, Stari Grad and Jelsa. Fares can be bought on the bus.
By train All of the bigger cities in Croatia are connected through out the railway, besides Dubrovnik. Croatia has direct connections with Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Montenegro, and transitional connections with almost all European countries. The closest railroad to Hvar is in Split (http://www.hznet.hr/). This railroad is right besides the bus station and the ferry port.
