We will be happy to pre-stock your villa with groceries/food for your arrival. You will need to provide us with a list of your requirements several days in advance. Cost of food plus service charge will be paid on arrival. We can book your boat round trip tickets Kylini/Poros/Kylini with a special 20% discount.� Special rates and VIP services are valid only for our Guests. Kefalonia is an island to be discovered by car or bus due to its vast territory. The road network is quite good. We will be happy to assist you if you wish to rent a car during your stay. We remain at your disposal and are happy to assist you with any of your requirements... we are here to make you vacations unique!! � Long Beach Villa�policies ��Check in time at 15.00’. Check out time at 11.00’.�Exceptions upon agreement. ��Children are welcome. Adult supervision is required. ��Smoking is prohibited in the villas. Feel free to smoke outside. ��Pets are not allowed. ��To confirm a reservation an advance payment of 40% of the total rent is required.�Full refund for cancellation 20 days prior to arrival. � Safety The villa has a variety of safety features, such as fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, CCTV, motion detector lights.
