The charming house to rent in Tuscany Region has been built in the 16th century and the second floor was modified on the 18th century. The property is on the hills of Florence with a beautiful view, you can reach the city of Florence in 15 minutes and in 5 minutes there is the nearest village where you can find a grocery store and all kind of shops.

The  villa has an independent entrance, a front garden and a private internal courtyard which is furnished for eating outdoors. When you start driving through the entrance,the driveway to the private parking area is a gravel road lined with beutiful roses and bushes.
The park that is in front of the villa has a beautiful view on the Tuscan hills.

In one side of the garden there is a nice barbecue area where with family and friends you can prepare dinners..
The pool is completely fenced and is reachable through a little gate.

At the pool there is a covered dining place where you can find another nice place where to eat or have a cocktails.

The whole furniture of the house is made of antique pieces which belong to the villa since ever. In the rooms there is antique floor.

GROUND FLOOR

The large and well equipped kitchen has an antique fireplace for indoor grilling and food preparation as well as a large antique table where up to 12 people can take place.
It is complete with all modern facilities.
The dining room has a round antique table where up to 14 guests can be seated.
The red living room with it's big old fireplace is also used as a tv room.
To the green living room belongs a little studio with a modern glass desk to work.

There is the same galleria like on the ground floor with 2 balconies.

A kingsize canopy bed for 2 persons and a corridor with a big wardrope leads to the ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub decorated with flower tiles.
Green bedroom
A kingsize canopy bed for 2 persons and a new ensuite bathroom with one sink and a shower as well as a private closet room.
Yellow bedroom
Very big room with 2 large single beds, closet and decorated sealing.
Red bedroom
2 single beds, desk and closet.
Green bathroom
Bathroom is to be shared between the yellow and red bedroom and can be entered ensuite from both chambers. 1 shower and 1 sink.

SECOND FLOOR -(with a beautiful view) to be reached from inside the house as well as from outside door.

Guest apartment
A large entrance conducts to the first bedroom with 2 single beds and closet.
A big sitting room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs offers as well a dining area with a table and 4 chairs. tv.
The new teakitchen is fully equipped.
One bathrom with one sink and one tub.
The 2 bedroom s have twin bed and closet.
There is also a staff apartment at the same floor.
