The Villa on the Rock consists of 5 luxurious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a sauna room and a cellar. Besides the impressive 116-meter swimming pool the exterior spaces are completed by an open airtheater, a bar decorated by a mosaic, a large entertainment area with barbecue facilities suitable for parties and a small chapel dedicated to Saint Gerasimos.

Local Amenities and Activities

The beach of Ai Helis is a 4 minute walk from the villa visited by residents thus providing partial privacy.

• Alternatively there is a large and lively beach (Avithos) nearby with tavernas and shops for all your essentials.

• Kourkoumelata, the model village is located a short drive from the villa. There are seasonal events including book presentations, art exhibitions and poetry readings. For those who enjoy panoramic views, the veranda of the village cafe provides some of the best in Kefalonia.

• If you enjoy more secluded and reflective surroundings the Monastary of Ai Andreas with its own museum is a place for you to visit.

• The islands capital Argostoli is a 10 minute scenic drive from the villa.

Reservation Guarantee:

25% deposit is required upon confirmation.
25% deposit is required 22 days prior to arrival date.
50% remaining balance is required 15 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation Policy :
Any cancellation made within 21-15 days prior to arrival, results in a 50% charge of the total stay.
In case of a later cancellation, no show, departure prior to the confirmed departure date or arrival later than the confirmed arrival date, the total scheduled stay’s cost will be charged.
