         This superb villa is placed on a hillside in the western part of Chania. It is close to the beach, and it offers breathtaking views of the sea and of the mountains. Following the white-marble staircase to the second level, you can find a small lounge and two master bedrooms, both with double (queen size) beds. The first master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in closet, while the second has en-suite bathroom with bathtub plus a private balcony overviewing the mountains. On the second level, you can also find a cozy, small lounge with a sofa which converts into a double bed. Along the second level there is a bounteous veranda with panoramic views. The villa also features a private pool (50 m2) with a fenced part for toddlers, BBQ/wood oven, outdoors furniture, sunbeds and a separately built Jacuzzi; it is surrounded by bounteous terraces and gardens with flowers, trees and grapevines in a private plot of 3000 m2. The area is quiet and it maintains its local character; you can find a minimarket with all essentials within minutes’ walk, while the nearest beach as well as shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc are within 3-5 minutes’ drive. Polemarhion village is very close to Chania’s crystal blue beaches (the nearest being less than 5 min. drive) and nested at the cliffs of a hill, offering breathtaking views of the coastline at the northern part of Chania, the green countryside at the east and the “White Mountains” at the south.
