SURROUNDING AREA

The proximity of the airport in Trogir (25 kilometers), the nautical and tourist ports at Rogoznica-Frapa (7 kilometers) and Primosten-Kremik (3 kilometers), the two National Parks of Kornati and Krka, the clean sea and the fairytale view make this project unique, placing it among the most prestigious and exclusive in the world.

PRIMOSTEN

The town is situated on an island that five hundred years ago the inhabitants connected to the mainland (primostiti) and to get to their fields and from which the town received its name. Surrounded by seven small islands, Primosten is a gift of nature that leaves no one unimpressed. What an ungenerous nature has not given, the hard-working people have created to make Primosten one of the most attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Stone houses, churches and narrow kale are a perfect combination of the past and the present. From a former fishing village the town has developed into the touristic paradise of this part of the Adriatic. The charm that this small town exudes is difficult to resist. An enclosed residential complex of nine beautiful is located in its immediate vicinity.

LOCATION

The complex can be reached by a main road, the Adriatic Magistrale (Jadranska magistrale) about 1.5 kilometers before entering Primosten from the northwest. Access to the sea is possible on three sides. There is a walkway next to the sea that brings you to the center of Primosten after a 5-10 minute walk.

VILLAS

Each of the seven villas is separate to itself and has a garage for two automobiles, three or four bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace, a kitchen, dining room, and a living room with a terrace. It also has a swimming pool that is located partly within the facility itself and partly outside of it. Extra features next to the pool that the guests may choose include sauna, a fitness area or an area for fun and socializing. The villas have usable space of about 370 square meters. The two upper villas are designed in a way that one has three and the other has four apartments. The lower apartments in these villas have two floors and an area of about 100 square meters. The apartment on the highest level of one of the villas has about 100 square meters, while the other villas has two apartments of about 55 square meters each.

The view from each part of the facility, but especially from the living rooms and bedrooms, looks onto the beautiful bay with a peninsula on the right, a small island in the center, and an unobstructed view of the sea on the left will not leave people even of the most discriminating taste unmoved.

CASCADES

The architects have devoted particular attention to the position of the complex, which gives exclusivity to each individual unit without separating it from the others because the view from each is unique and unobstructed by the unit in front of it.

The green roofs of the units create the impression of a garden for the unit behind it. The villas are adapted to the configuration of the terrain in a way that they are partially dug into the terrain with a green atrium at the rear of the villa, making a unique link between modern architecture and a Mediterranean ambience.
