The villa “AMARYLLIS” is completely new, 140 sq.m. (1,506.95 sq. feet), two floors, with internal wooden scale, kitchen, lounge, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and big verandas, in the facade and in the back part, with amazing view to the sea and to the mountain. They were selected with attention, excellent materials, furniture and decorative to be built, furnished and equipped. It is built by stone of Pelion, it is found inside a settlement, on the corner, it has its own courtyard, barbeque, parking and an additional exterior scale, for more autonomy. It has internal wooden decor, wooden floors, air condition and heating. The discreet luxury and the nobility appear in each detail of space. In the ground floor exists a lounge, the kitchen, the dining room and a big bathroom. Lounge’s and dining room’s furniture bring a light color, French patina of romantic old time, while all the staffs (covers, curtains, clothes etc), are imported from France and Italy. The lounge’s sofa is corner. In the place exists, also, a fireplace, an armchair of fireplace, two chair-armchairs, a few little tables, and furniture for the television, TV Plasma 32 inches LG, DVD and Hi-Fi. The dining room, in same style, is constituted by a square table with four chairs, all in French patina. A comfortable corner kitchen, is providing all that needs somebody, to create delicious lunches.The big bathroom of ground floor, brings eponymous types of hygiene, dryer, and one magic jacuzzi, for moments of absolute relaxation, harmony and well-being. A whole-body, impressive, old time’s mirror, is situated to the top of the stairs, receives you in the second floor, which is constituted by three bedrooms, a WC with shower and big furnished verandas. Each bedroom allocates: wardrobe, bedside tables and beds, in French patina, same color and styles with the furniture of lounge and dining room. The beds have layers and sublayers ecological and anatomic, beddings and eminent clothes of famous COCOMAT. The bedroom-suite has a double (matrimonial) bed, with dome. The second bedroom allocates two beds. The third bedroom has a comfortable only bed, suitable for child, old man or simply, for a friend alone.
