House is cleaned every third day, the pool is cleaned once a week as is the norm, but also each time a guest departs.

A brief description of Efzin Villas.

It is comprised of two independent levels.� Clients have the option of renting the ground floor alone or both floors depending on the number of people to be accommodated or the facilities they may desire.� In the case that a customer wishes to rent the ground floor alone during his/her stay the first floor remains vacant; in this way ensuring the customers privacy and exclusive use of the exterior grounds and facilities they have to offer.

We can also arrange a variety of services if a customer desires them, daily housekeeping including washing �ironing and breakfast, private cook, catering for special occasions, transfers limousine service, sailing yacht service, personal pampering (hairdresser, manicure, pedicure, massage etc) and of course any special request a customer may have we would �be most �happy to arrange. Prices for these extra services are given on request.

Within walking distance of the Villas there are several restaurants... ranging from the typical traditional Cretan cuisine, your typical Greek souvlaki or pizzaria...some even have a home delivery service.� Moreover, on the sandy beach of Tersanas - just 150 meters away there is a canteen where you can enjoy your coffee...or in typical Cretan style your raki with mezedes!!!...This is a great place on the beach...it's even better when the sun is setting...just amazing!!

The nearest town is Kounopidiana just 3klm away.� Here you can find plethora of shops, supermarkets, banks, post office and everything else you may need.�

The main city of Chania is 15klm away.� Chania is famous for its picturesque Old Venetian Harbour...with its fortress.. Lighthouse and cobbled narrow side streets..
