The property is comprised by a two-storey villa and an independent guesthouse, both can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The main villa has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (2 of them en-suite) and a large sitting area with Sat TV, sofas, armchairs and an open fireplace, from where you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and sky. �Has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and an open-space dining room with a large classic wooden dining table.�

Additionally there is a guesthouse that hosts a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, provides dining furniture for 4 guests and enjoys unlimited sea views from its shaded veranda, which is full of colorful Greek flora!

The villa is secluded in a 9-acre plot of land with magnificent sea views and a private pathway leading to the sea.

A private garage way leads to the main residence, which is surrounded by beautiful gardens with colorful flowers and trees, and amongst them there is a traditional tree house.

�In front of the main residence you will find a 77 sq.m. swimming pool with shaded area with a sofa and deck chairs for sunbathing. Adjacent to it there is a shaded barbeque spot (with a traditional wooden stove and a barbeque) and outdoor dining area for up to 12 people. The rest of the land is fully planted with organic fruits and vegetables that are available to the guests for consumption. The villa enjoys direct access to the sea and is also a stone’s throw away from plenty of other sandy beaches.

It is located on the Southwest part of Kefalonia, 2 km away from the island’s airport, 10km from Argostoli and port, and 1km from local food shops.
