This superb village house is located in a quiet cul de sac area just 10 minutes walk to the Lania center, facing vine & almond orchards. With wooden floors, a fireplace and central heating combined with the fact that it is fully equipped with all modern facilities, this house can be your ideal holiday rental!
The house offers panoramic mountain views and is situated in a quiet and peaceful location among vine & almond orchards while all local amenities are in a very close proximity. You can enjoy cycling, natural trails, visits to local wineries throughout the year and also skiing during the winter. During the summer season the area's climate is ideal by being hot during the day and with a nice cool breeze during the nights and comparing to Limassol city humidity is not existent.
The house is located just 10 minutes walk from the village center which offers amenities such as coffee shops, a souvenir shop, artists workshops and restaurants. The bus from Limassol to Lania can drop you off just 5 minutes walking from the house. Limassol is just a 15-20 minute driving from Lania. In the surrounding area, within 5 minutes driving you may find bakery shops, restaurants, a fruit market and supermarkets.

Further details indoors: Split into two levels, the ground floor consists of two comfortably furnished cosy living room areas, each seating 7 persons. LCD tv, Sattelite and DVD player are all in place. One of the living room areas has a stone fire place which you can use for those winter nights enjoying a glass of local wine. The dining area seats 7 persons and the open plan fitted kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a WC/Shower just next to the 3rd bedroom downstairs.
The wooden stairs lead you to the upper floor which consists of 2 good sized bedrooms - one with a double bed (with TV), the other with a single bed. Next to the bedrooms there is a WC/Bathroom. Both bedrooms have balconies. A third door lead you to the large 60m2 balcony which you offers beautiful views of the surrounding vine and almond orchards as well as Troodos mountain.
Further details outdoors: The garden of the house is 800m2. There are 2 balconies on the ground floor - one for the first living area and one for the second living area. Both ground floor balconies have tables with chairs which you can use to enjoy romantic moments with sunrise or sunset views. At the back of the house there is an orchard with apple, peach and other trees. On the front of the house there are almond trees which offer a wonderful view during the winter season when they blossom.

The Limassol region
Limassol is the most lively and cosmopolitan resort city of Cyprus, the centre of ecstatic nightlife and jole de vivre hosting many cultural events and festivals: Carnival, Wine Festival, Beer Festival, Flower Festival, Shakespearean nights, Ancient Greek Drama Festival, Music and Dance Festivals.

Rich in archaeological sites and places of interests: Ancient kingdom of Amathus, Medieval Castle, Kolossi Castle, Kourion theater, Limassol museum. Being the principal seaport of Cyprus, cruise ships offer cruises to Egypt, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Italy, Greece and other Mediterranean destinations. With a rich countryside and picturesque villages, Limassol is the main wine producing region of Cyprus.
The Lania area
Lania village lies 25 km from Limassol, in the Commandaria Wine Region, amongst the greenery of vineyards and fruit plantations. During the last decade, the village has gone through a dramatic transition with the return of a younger generation and an influx of British nationals. Many of the older houses have been resurrected and renovated utilizing strict European guidelines in the construction of traditional houses. Due to its close proximity to the city of Lemesos (15-20 mins driving), Lania has become a very popular residence for locals and foreigners working in Lemesos.
Several tourist organizations have included the village in their tourist attractions list for places to visit in Cyprus. The Village of Lania known as the "artists village" offers tourists an array of attractions and services. this includes, an old wine making mill that has been restored and has become a museum, in the village square there still stands a gigantic ancient tree providing shade to a local coffee shop. In addition, in the village you may find several restaurants, mosaic and artists workshops and a souvenir shop.

BY BUS An airoprt shuttle bus runs from Larnaca Airport to Limassol and back. You may find more information at http://www.pameaerodromio.eu. Costs €8 per person (one way). A daily rural bus service is running from Limassol to Troodos, making a stop at Lania. It departs from Limassol Central Bus Station (near Limassol's Anexartisias shopping area) several times a day. Ask the driver to make a stop just after the police station towards Trimiklini village - the house is just a 5 minute walk.
A car is highly recommended.

Policies & Disclaimers
The displayed rental rates are up to 5 people. The living room sofas can comfortably sleep extra 2 persons charged at €15 per person per night.
Box with wood for the fireplace will be available for you upon arrival. Should you require any extra wood during your stay, there will be an extra charge of €25 per box - depending on usage each box can last you around 2-3 days.
While you will receive the house in a clean and good order, cleaning is not included during your stay. Should you require cleaning during your stay it will cost €45 for each visit of the cleaner.
