Our two-storey stone built villas can accommodate up to 4 persons each (+1 extra). They are conveniently placed in the middle of a peaceful olive grove and each villa has its own veranda and both share a beautiful paved garden as well as a swimming pool, equipped with sun beds and tables in both sides.

In the interior, the ground floor has an open plan space with kitchen, living room and dining area, and a separate WC with shower. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, toaster, coffee maker etc. and the cosy living room has a comfortable corner sofa which can easily be converted to a double bed. There is also a fireplace for the cold nights. The wooden stairs lead you to the master bedroom in the upper floor. The bedroom has a large double bed, a balcony with panoramic view for your breakfast or your sunset readings and a spacious bathroom with shower. There is also enough room to add a baby cot or an extra single bed, if necessary.

Upon request, a separate room for 3 adults can be provided in the compartment with its own bathroom, a separate entrance, fully equipped with TV and air-conditioner. In the rear area of the villas, a shady private parking space is offered to our guests.

Local Amenities and Activities

Restaurants, caffe, supermarket etc. are in a 5 minutes walking distance.� Various beaches in a walking distance or a few minutes driving.� The area is offered for hiking / walking.� Car� and bicycle rentals available in the village.

Bus:� Kalamata and Athens.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

You leave the Airport area in direction “Kalamata” (ca. 6 km). Turn right in direction „Beach / Sea Front / Port or Areopolis“ and immidiately left again (Lykourgos Street). Keep going straight on „Kritis“ Street, crossing various traffic lights until the road by itself connects with „Navarinou Street“. Here you turn left into Navarinou Street. At the end of Navarinou Street you turn right in direction „Areopoli / Kardamili / Stoupa“. You reach Kardamili after ca. 35-40 km. You drive through the village and ca. 400m after the village you see the sign „ELEONAS HOUSES“. Turn left just under the sign into a small road. The houses are located on your right handside
