Villas Goodies are in complete harmony with the natural environment. They provide amazing views over the sunset in the Ionian Sea.

Each villa is independent and has a swimming pool, garden with flowers, bbq and parking.

All villas are beautifully decorated and are separated on two floors.

On the first floor there is a full equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with fireplace and a big balcony, from which you can admire the view.

On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two regular and one children’s room.

The villas also have air-conditioning, satellite television and two bathrooms.

Internally the villas are stylish and provide all the amenities for an unparalleled luxurious stay. Each villa has it's own pool.

Four luxurious stone villas built in a privileged spot in an olive grove, with magnificent views over the Ionian Sea.

Each villa has on the first floor hall a living room with fireplace, kitchen and a wooden balcony overlooking the sea and the garden. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, two regular and one children's room. Each villa has air conditioning, satellite TV and 2 bathrooms with a very large jacuzzi.

By plane:

From Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos planes are performing daily flights to the international airport of Aktion (18km from the town of Lefkada). From Thessalonica 2 flights weekly. Corfu, Kefalonia and Zakynthos are connecting stations. Also there are 2 connecting flights weekly with Crete (Sitia). From April until October, direct flights are performed from Aktion and Europe.

Policies & Disclaimers

All booking transactions must be in written to protect both parties (client and hotelier). Upon deposit of your advances you are kindly requested to send by e-mail, fax or any convenient means the relevant deposit receipt to confirm your payment. You will receive a written reply from our side confirming the booking period agreed between both parties. For booking it is required a 25% advance payment from the total amount of your stay. The payment for the balance amount will be carried out upon your arrival.

Cancellation policy:

• In the event that the customer wishes to cancel a booking, and the cancellation is made 21 days prior to the agreed arrival date, the hotelier (owner) is obliged to refund the deposit in full, while for cancellations made within 21 days, the customer must pay the hotelier the 50% of the total cost of the cancelled booking. All cancellation transactions must be in written so both parties (client and hotelier) to be protected accordingly.
