This villa has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 twin) which are all independently air-conditioned. The accommodation is fully furnished and has cable-TV.

Situated within its own private grounds and with a purpose-built approach road this villa has a private swimming pool and garden surrounded by a perimeter wall for added privacy and security.

The kitchen has an oven, a American style fridge-freezer together with a microwave oven for your convenience. There is also a utility room which contains the washing machine and there is also a private car-port attached to the property.

The cleaner attends every 4 days and the pool is serviced twice-weekly. A vast array of additional services are available on request at a price which is negotiable.
