RENTAL RULES

1.����� Smoking is NOT allowed.

2.����� Pets are NOT allowed.

3.����� People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. CHECK IN AFTER 14.00, CHECK OUT LATEST 10.00.

4.����� The property is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this agreement, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5.����� Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

6.����� Only use appliances for their intended uses

7.����� Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.� Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.� Parking on the road is not permitted.� Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner

8.����� Guests are not allowed to take linens and bath towels from the unit. Guests are advised to bring own beach towels.

9.����� Guests are strongly advised to refrain from making any noise from 11 pm to 7 am, or in afternoon from 2 to 5 pm, due to a City Rule. The sound of music or TV should not be too loud to annoy the neighbors.

10.� No children are permitted in pool at any time without adult supervision.� When using the pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.� Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in the pool prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that day.

11.� The property is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.� DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. If it is found that other materials have been flushed and clog the septic system, Guest could be charged damages of up to EUR 150.

12.��� A security deposit of EUR 150 is required to cover the cost of any possible damage in the property. The deposit is to be paid in cash upon arrive on the Check-In Date. The deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay upon the inspection of the apartment/villa less the charges for damages made by Guest or Guest Party to the property during the stay.

13.��� Final cleaning service is not included �into the rental fee and shall be paid in cash �EUR 50 unless guests leave the house cleaned as found upon arrival.
