It's almost impossible to describe Villa Nina, You have to live and try Villa Nina. The why is immediately explained: ”Nina” or better Antonina, the landlady, reserves a part of her beautiful house for guests with high requirements. The house is perfect for business trips as well as for pleasure holidays etc. With a lot of patience, taste and attention also for details were created not only rooms but mini apartments with bathroom/WC and equipped kitchen. The “Villa” is situated in via delle “Cinque Terre”, on the silent coast road which leads you to the charming villages of the “National Park” of the Cinque Terre (Riomaggiore, Manarola, Corniglia, Vernazza and Monterosso), and it is in a distance of 300 m from the crossroads of Portovenere (marvellous village in front of the island Palmaria).The close railway station can be easily reached with the public means of transport which stop very close to the company. From the apartments' windows you can enjoy an incredible view; you can talk about a “window over the sea”; you will see the whole gulf, the port's structures, the military ships (also the beautiful training ship “A. Vespucci”) anchored on the piers of the military arsenal, the hills, and the whole town. You can reach La Spezia's centre within 5 minutes by car, and if you are interested in art you can visit its museums (museum of modern art, museum of "sigillo", the picture gallery Amedeo Lia, the folklore museum, and in the arsenal the shipping museum). Without any problems, and in the same time you can reach the town's sea promenade. From here depart the ferry boats towards the islands (Tino and Palmaria), the “Cinque Terre”, and if you like as far as Portofino. If you are trekking-fans (by foot or mountain-bike), no problem! You are spoilt for choice: various trails of the C.A.I. of different severities start in the surroundings of the company. Those trails will lead you to places with a marvellous view which you will never forget. Moreover, from here you can reach without any problems all villages of the coast like for example: Tellaro, Fiascherino, Lerici, Bocca di Magra, Sarzana, Monte Marcello etc.If you choose the "Villa" for your holidays, do not forget to visit the “Lunigiana” (territory of hundred castles) and the close “Versilia” (if you take the motorway A 12 you will arrive in less than 15 minutes). We are sure that you will remember these places for a very long time.
