Suites/Cabanas:Our Suites have been beautifully designed to awaken your senses. With a relaxing elegance, warm and cozy environement our five spaces offer spectacular views to the Pacific Ocean, includinga a range of amenities and tailor made textile products.

At Amarte Mar Restaurant,Bar and Lounge we seek for the freshest ingredients from the region or our own orchard, exalting their nature in a tailored menu. We offer a healthy variety of meats and seafood combining them in a unique experience. Our menu is written daily, based in our Chef's craft and our guests' wishes.*Reservation is requiered for dinners.Seating for 34 people.Table cloth and serviette after sunset.Private dinner service on the beach, El Mirador or sundeck, available on request and extra cost.

D . lirium - Forum & Outdoor Cinema:A magical and unique designed space under the trees, created for cultural and social events. During the day we have sun beds for tanning or relaxing. At night we setup a projector, screen and puffs for watching movies.It is the ideal place for movies, musical concerts, theater plays, yoga training, wedding ceremonies and parties.Also functional as a forum for corporate events. Art exhibitions and workshops.

Pool and Jacuzzi:A sinous and infinite water mirror merging with the Pacific Ocean. The perfect temperature (23 degrees), and spectacular views of Oaxaca's coast, make it the favorite place to relax and enjoy a cocktail or a poolside snack.

Beach:Ten square meters of beach inlet, equipped with a small solarium for two people. A shallow cave adds charm for an interesting experience, giving a bit of shade. It is an ideal place for snorkeling and swimming.

Sun Deck:Located near the ocean, with the perfect orientation combined with the cool breeze and just below the pool, it is an ideal space fur sunbathing.* Six sun beds available.Three tables with parasols. Service dinner at night.

Hamacas:Four hammocks just above the small beach on the hill , under the shade of a palapa. An ideal and private place, perfect for enjoying the view, taking a nap or reading a good book thanks to the constant sea breeze that makes it a fresh and nice place.

Mirador:Located at the very edge of the cliff, equipped with a bench. You would be able to enjoy the peace and quiet that come from watching the immensity of the ocean and the horizon. An amazing place to witness the sunrise and sunset.

Reading Corner:Surrounded by the towering flora, under the shade of a pergola, a magical little place overlooking the ocean and our forum. Perfect for enjoying a moment of reading, reflection or conversation, accompanied by a nice cup of coffee, a glass of wine, tequila or mezcal.

Local Amenities and Activities

Massage:The service it is provided in a cozy corner on the cliff accompanied by beautiful sourroundings and the music of the ocean as a soothing background, the results are mesmerizing. Our massage menu includes:Relax and Balance,Hot stones,Thai,Lymphatic,Foot massage,Hydrating and Exfoliating Facial. *Please must be reserved with at least 12 hours of anticipation. In case of cancellation, full price will be charged if it was not done within a 12 hour period of the appointment.

Yoga:For those who are in constant search for their physical and mental well being, Zoa has gorgeus and peaceful outdoor spaces, perfect for practicing yoga. An instructor is available upon request. Through knowledgeable and caring instruction, our professionals will guide you to enjoy a unique experience doing yoga with the ocean breeze.

Only one of the published special offers will be valid for each stay. They are not accumulative. Our special offers do not apply over rates with extra-discounts and they are subject to availavility and season.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

High Season, Medium Season and Holiday Weekends* (December 16 to January 8 and March 39 to April 18), (January 9 to march 28)

1. If the cancellation is received 60 days before the arrival date, 80% of the advanced payment* will be reimbursed.

2. If the cancellation is received between 59 and 40 days before the arrival date, 80% of the advance payment* will be retained. We offer our guests the possibility to use 20% of this amount for the next stay at Zoa Hotel. This amount will be valid for the next six months after the initial date of the canceled stay. Subject to availability and season.

3. If the cancellation is received between 39 and 20 days before the arrival date, 100% of the advance payment* will be retained. We offer our guests the possibility to use 20% of the retained amount for their next stay at Zoa Hotel. This amount will be valid for the next six months after the initial date of the canceled stay. Subject to availability and season.

4. If the cancellation is received between 19 and 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the advance payment* will be retained.

5. No-shows will also be charged for the entire stay. Arrivals must be before 12:00am on the reservation date. After this hour it will be considered a no-show.

Low Season (August 22 to december 15 2011, april 19 to july 5, august 20 to september 14 2012) Summer (July 6 to August 19 2012)

1. If the cancellation is received 30 days before the arrival date, 80% of the advance payment* will be reimbursed.

2. If the cancellation is received between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the advance payment* will be retained. We offer our guests the possibility to pay with 100% of this amount the next stay advanced payment in Zoa Hotel. This payment will be valid for the next six month after the initial date of the canceled stay. Subject to availability and season.

3. If the cancellation is received between 14 and 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the advance payment* will be retained. We offer our guests the possibility to pay with this amount the next stay advanced payment in Zoa Hotel. This payment will be valid for the next six month after the initial date of the canceled stay. Subject to availability and season.

4. No-shows will be charged for the entire stay. Arrivals must be before 12:00am on the reservation date. After this hour it will be considered no-show.

We will apply an additional retention of 5% of the advanced payment amount if the payment was made with the next credit card: VISA, MasterCard (via Banwire or terminal) and with a deposit or bank transfer.
