Regan is a modern holiday villa designed in Greek style. Villa is located in the east side of the hilltop with fantastic panorama views above Kalathas bay and there is only a 5-8 minutes distance walking to Kalathas beach. In addition, it is equipped to accommodate up to 6 guests. The property is built on a 5000 square meter plot having its own private swimming pool and all the modern facilities you can possibly think of. Guests are shared the use of a tennis court with simple equipment and it is a perfect place to enjoy stunning sunsets. Also, the villa covers 150 square meter of living space consisting of a comfortable living room with a plasma TV, DVD, free locally available satellite stations, stereo and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for all our guests. Also, there is a luxury open kitchen with full equipment, as well is included an American refrigerator in it. There are a washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board for your use too. The villa also has two double bedrooms and a large twin each with en-suite facilities. All bedrooms have a plasma TV and DVD. Finally, there is a small distance 800m to the nearest mini-market.

From Heraklion Airport/Ferry port:

From the ferry: After disembarking the ferry follow the coastal ring-road west till you see signs the National in the direction of Rethymno and/or Chania.

From the airport: You will leave Heraklion airport and take the right turn for the road

sign posted for Rethymno. This will bring you to the National Road. You will take this road all the way to Chania. It will take about two hours. Take the first exit for Chania drive for a short distance till you come to a junction. The junction after you come off the National Road is quite odd but you need to turn right here on to the main road. You will then come to some traffic lights here you will turn left, it is sign posted to the Airport. Stay on this road driving up hill all the way to the top. At the top there is a roundabout, take the first exit. After about 600m you will need to turn left for Kounoupidiana. (This is the first left hand turning). MDrive to the end of this road where there are traffic lights. At night if there is a flashing amber, this means you can go with care. Turn right at these lights. There will soon be a second set of lights stay on the right hand side and go straight. After you have gone round an S shaped curve the road is a little straight where you will see the Road House bar and restaurant on your right, shortly after the Road House you will need to turn left, the sign says for Kalathas, Stavros and Chorafakia.

Keep driving on this road for about 3 kilometres. You will drive down to the beach of Kalathas and up the other side. Near the top the road curves to the right where you will see Cleo Apartments on your left, after 100m you will take the first right turn immediately after the sign for Chorafakia. Take the first right almost opposite Mihalis Villes, (Note the spelling) and there is an electric pylon on the corner and water meters on the opposite corner of this little road. Drive as far as you can, just past the tennis court is a gateway turn into here and drive down to the villa. The key will be in the door or if pre-arranged I will be there.

It will take about two to two and a half hours from Heraklion airport/ferry port with no stops and a steady pace. Please remember to pull over to the left if there is room in the passing lane. It will be more pleasant for you if you do this.

From Souda ferry port: On leaving the port drive along the main road till you come to a set of traffic lights, turn left here and follow the instructions about from the (*) onwards.

From Chania airport: Drive out of the airport complex following the one way round, drive straight along the airport road. There is a petrol station on your right should you need fuel, the prices are very good. At this junction turn right, it is actually almost straight on, this is your right of way. The road will start to curve away to your right. Continue round the bend. On straightening out there is a left turn for Agia Triada Monastery and Gouverneto, take this turn.

OWNER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY The Client is responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Client. Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbors, the owner and their staff. They must also not transfer furniture or objects without informing the property owner first. We reserve the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behavior, in which case there will be no refund of any rental payment. The owner is not responsible for any loss, damage and theft of customers' personal items. The guest is responsible to pay for any damage caused during his stay at the property, noted after his check out, which has not been reported to the owner prior to guest's departure. Clients agree that the terms herein are binding on them, their family members, heirs, successors, assigns, dependents and/or minors accompanying them and their legal representatives. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material or the number entered on the face of this contract. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in this contract. CHILDREN SAFETY The Client is responsible to ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during their stay at the accommodation and take extra care with balconies, swimming pool and other places. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at any time. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES In the event that the property suffers from water and electricity shortages and the owner can be cut off without prior notice for varying periods of time, then the Client should be patient as these situations are out of control. MAID SERVICE Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the rental cost. EXTRA CHARGES Some properties are offering to guests additional services for an extra charge (extra beds, massage, daily maid service, private chef, airport transfer, highchairs cots, baby sitting, breakfast, internet corner, telephone, fax, beach towels etc). Every extra charge must be paid locally (direct to the property owner) by the end of rental, in the local currency. SWIMMING POOL Swimming pools is generally open between mid April - mid October. The Client and all guests can use the swimming pool on their own risk. LOCAL WILDLIFE The Client might encounter some of the local wildlife. In such incidents the owner requires customers understanding as the owner can not be held responsible for their presence or control, although the owner will make every effort to avoid them. COMPLAINTS The Client is responsible for informing the property manager or owner of any complaint and allowing it a reasonable opportunity to redeem the problem during the rental period. Failure to do so will void any claim following the rental period. Clients who abandon the property without notifying us in advance lose all rights to claim any refund or rebate. INVALIDITY If a provision or part of any provision of these terms is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
