Rey is an executive two bedroom maisonette, surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive, orange and almond trees, and just 200m away from the beach, in the Pefkos region of Lindos (Rhodes). Rey is a small complex of holiday homes with shared swimming pool, built and furnished to the highest standards offering high quality services for a unique holiday in Rhodes.The villa is new-built and luxuriously furnished to high standards and it has swimming pool, patio, wide verandas and terraces and are surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the one with Jacuzzi), living room and kitchen and can sleep up to six. Living rooms are comfortable and equipped with brand-new sofas that can be converted into a double bed to sleep two more. All have LCD HD TV sets with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms. Upper-floor livi ng rooms have wide verandas overlooking the patio and beautiful sea-views. Furniture is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. The villa has one bedroom with double bed and one with twin bed. Safes in each bedroom keep your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD HD TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker and oven, a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. There is also a cleaners room, equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box. A four and two-lane motorway takes you to the junction with the Rhodes to Lindos road after about 15mins of driving. Turn right and drive on for about 35km to Lindos passing from Faliraki, Afandou Golf, Kolymbia, Archangelos and Kalathos. Past the entrance of Lindos drive for 3 more kms to Pefki. We are located at the main street of Pefki, opposite Rhodos Direct Holidays, and near "Spitaki" (Little House) Restaurant.GPS directions:The GPS directions are: Latidude: 36.075603Longitude:28.051507 Policies & DisclaimersOWNER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY The Client is responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Client. Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbors, the owner and their staff. They must also not transfer furniture or objects without informing the property owner first. We reserve the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behavior, in which case there will be no refund of any rental payment. The owner is not responsible for any loss, damage and theft of customers' personal items. The guest is responsible to pay for any damage caused during his stay at the property, noted after his check out, which has not been reported to the owner prior to guest's departure. Clients agree that the terms herein are binding on them, their family members, heirs, successors, assigns, dependents and/or minors accompanying them and their legal representatives. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material or the number entered on the face of this contract. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in this contract. CHILDREN SAFETY The Client is responsible to ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during their stay at the accommodation and take extra care with balconies, swimming pool and other places. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at any time. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES In the event that the property suffers from water and electricity shortages and the owner can be cut off without prior notice for varying periods of time, then the Client should be patient as these situations are out of control. MAID SERVICE Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the rental cost. EXTRA CHARGES Some properties are offering to guests additional services for an extra charge (extra beds, massage, daily maid service, private chef, airport transfer, highchairs cots, baby sitting, breakfast, internet corner, telephone, fax, beach towels etc). Every extra charge must be paid locally (direct to the property owner) by the end of rental, in the local currency. SWIMMING POOL Swimming pools is generally open between mid April - mid October. The Client and all guests can use the swimming pool on their own risk. LOCAL WILDLIFE The Client might encounter some of the local wildlife. In such incidents the owner requires customers understanding as the owner can not be held responsible for their presence or control, although the owner will make every effort to avoid them. COMPLAINTS The Client is responsible for informing the property manager or owner of any complaint and allowing it a reasonable opportunity to redeem the problem during the rental period. Failure to do so will void any claim following the rental period. Clients who abandon the property without notifying us in advance lose all rights to claim any refund or rebate. INVALIDITY If a provision or part of any provision of these terms is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
