Salvador is situated at the centre of the island on the edge of the village Episkopi. Episkopi is a traditional Cretan village in the main tourist route, which permits easy access to every corner of Crete. It is a quiet place with trees and flowers (1000 sqm) and there are beautiful sandy beaches which are only just a few minutes away by car. Villa is surrounded by age-old olive trees and the building is based on wood, roof-tiles and stone, combining traditional architecture with modern elements. This villa is ideal for couples or families for a pleasant and relaxing accommodation. The property is spacious at 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 people. The main entrance leads to the dining area and continues to the open plan kitchen and living room, which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, SAT/TV, DVD and stereo with CD/cassette deck. Above the living room is a spare room in a gallery style, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. At this room, there are an office, library and one single bed. The kitchen has all the suitable house, holding appliances such as freezer, refrigerator, oven, cafe machine and all the remaining equipment. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other has also a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with either on single bed or with two small beds for babies, depending on client's requirements. There is one bathroom with bathtub and a smaller WC with shower. Also, there is a room for luggage and laundry. Baby cot and high chair and are provided to you free of charge. Furthermore, the central heating makes the house suitable for winter use. The exterior part of villa includes one bicycle, a wooden dining table and a garden which is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the weather in Crete all year round. Also, it is provided daily pool and garden maintenance. The pool is up to 44 m2 with depth at 1,45 cm, which has part for the child with depth at 0,45 cm. The sundeck (offer from sunrise to sunset) is very big and are provided comfortable chairs. A gazebo with seating is next to the pool with breathtaking views from where you can admire the sunrise and unique views of the moon behind the mountains in the fresh Cretan sky. The owners with his family lives opposite from the villa and they always are in your disposal when you need them. The health center and pharmacy are only 0.4km from Episkopi as well as the dental clinic. Also, there is the Cretaquarium at 15km and a water city in a small distance at 3 km too.

From Airport:1. Follow the new national road which leads to Agios Nikolaos.2. After almost 4 km, after the gas station EKO, turn right to the old nationalroad which leads to Gournes. Drive under the bridge and head for Iraklio (left, old road).3. In a distance of 400m there is a sign which says “To Elia/Episkopi”. Turn left and drive under the bridge.4. Policies & Disclaimers
OWNER'S TERMS AND CONDITIONS CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITY The Client is responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, or debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the Client. Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbors, the owner and their staff. They must also not transfer furniture or objects without informing the property owner first. We reserve the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behavior, in which case there will be no refund of any rental payment. The owner is not responsible for any loss, damage and theft of customers' personal items. The guest is responsible to pay for any damage caused during his stay at the property, noted after his check out, which has not been reported to the owner prior to guest's departure. Clients agree that the terms herein are binding on them, their family members, heirs, successors, assigns, dependents and/or minors accompanying them and their legal representatives. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The total number of guests staying at the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material or the number entered on the face of this contract. The owner reserves the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in this contract. CHILDREN SAFETY The Client is responsible to ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during their stay at the accommodation and take extra care with balconies, swimming pool and other places. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at any time. ACCOMMODATION SERVICES In the event that the property suffers from water and electricity shortages and the owner can be cut off without prior notice for varying periods of time, then the Client should be patient as these situations are out of control. MAID SERVICE Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the rental cost. EXTRA CHARGES Some properties are offering to guests additional services for an extra charge (extra beds, massage, daily maid service, private chef, airport transfer, highchairs cots, baby sitting, breakfast, internet corner, telephone, fax, beach towels etc). Every extra charge must be paid locally (direct to the property owner) by the end of rental, in the local currency. SWIMMING POOL Swimming pools is generally open between mid April - mid October. The Client and all guests can use the swimming pool on their own risk. LOCAL WILDLIFE The Client might encounter some of the local wildlife. In such incidents the owner requires customers understanding as the owner can not be held responsible for their presence or control, although the owner will make every effort to avoid them. COMPLAINTS The Client is responsible for informing the property manager or owner of any complaint and allowing it a reasonable opportunity to redeem the problem during the rental period. Failure to do so will void any claim following the rental period. Clients who abandon the property without notifying us in advance lose all rights to claim any refund or rebate. INVALIDITY If a provision or part of any provision of these terms is found illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
