Indoor features: 8 persons - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen
FEATURES: A comfortable, elegant, open plan design living room, dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen are provided. In the living room there are facilities like satellite TV, DVD, CD player, library, harmonium and wireless internet. Kitchen with oven and stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine are also offered.

Three double and one twin lovely bedroom are provided. A common bathroom and another common shower bathroom are offered, while one of the double bedrooms has an ensuite shower bathroom. Air- condition is provided in every room free of charge. Every bedroom has a balcony with tranquil sea or mountain views. There is also a spacious veranda 50 sqm in front of the living and dining room with a big outdoor table, 8 seats and a great sea view. It is an ideal place to admire the wonderful sunset above the sea in the evening hours. The villa offers all living comfort, combined with an unforgettable living atmosphere.

Rethymno the venetian jewel

Prines is a traditional village of Crete with a few tavernas and mini markets in its centre, at about 1 km away from the villa Deleni.It has the beautiful old church of St. Nicholas which was built in the 13th century and a spring of water that has been running for many centuries without abating.The village itself is beautiful with plentiful vegetation mainly in the form of olive trees and is ideal for those that love nature and the peace and quiet it offers.

The very traditional old village of Prines has only a few small shops, as would be expected of a small country village, but all your basic needs will be met with a mini-market, some traditional cafes and an excellent tavern.

The location of the villa is ideal for :
•Botanic walks - identification and collection of herbs, which upon return we brew into a delicious decoction
•Observation of wild birds
•Or simply enjoying nature with all our senses under the trees or by the pool in the summer.

The larger town of Atsipopoulo is just 4 km away and offers two supermarkets, tavernas, banks and a popular pizza restaurant. The sandy beaches of Gerani and Episkopi are located in short driving distance (5-10 minutes away). Rethymno, the main city is 7km from the villas.Rethymno on the North coast of Crete, situated at equal distances from Heraklion and Chania, is only a short distance from the most picturesque countryside, making it an ideal center to explore the island.

Crete is the largest island in Greece, between Europe and Africa. Majestic mountains rise in its center- the White Mountains, Psiloritis or Ida and Dikti Mountains- but there are also lots of endless beaches.

How to arrive

Arrive to the island of Crete is possible by boat, from the port of Pireus to the ports of Chania and Heraklion. You can also come by plane, via the airports of the towns Heraclion and Chania. We recommend you bring your own vehicle, or rent one in Crete.

From airport Chania

�You leave the airport of Chania direction Souda. You have to drive through Souda and after Souda you have to go to the “New National Road” direction Rethymno. You stay on the “New National Road” for about 50 kilometers till you will see the sign of Rethymno. You have to leave the “New National Road” at the first exit to the right direction Atsipopoulo. After the passing of the villages Atsipopoulo you will be at village Prines. Follow the signs ‘Villa Deleni Danna’. Welcome!

From airport Heraklion

�You leave the airport of Heraklion at the second exit to the right direction “New National Road” Heraklion / Rethymno. You stay on the“New National Road” for about 75 kilometers till you will see the sign of Rethymno. You have to pass by Rethymno on the “New National Road”till you will see the sign for the exit Rethymno / Atsipopoulo. You take this exit to the right and you drive straight to the big crossing. At this crossing you turn left direction Atsipopoulo. After the passing of the villages Atsipopoulo you will be at village Prines. Follow the signs ‘Villa Deleni Danna’. Welcome!
