Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

The airport is approximately 50 km from the bungalow. Driving time about 45 minutes, provided there is no traffic.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

When leaving the airport, at the 1st Round about, turn right and take the airport exit road. On the next round about, go straight and you will be on the M1 Motorway. This this bring you towards Curepipe and Port Louis.

Keep following the M1 Motorway, which will take you through Rose Belle - Curepipe - Camp Fouquereaux - Phoenix - Quatre Bornes - Reduit - Port Louis

Stay on M1 Motorway, after Port Louis, go towars Baie du Tombeau, do not leave the motorway. Upon reaching Terre Rouge Round about, take the 2nd exit onto Terre Rouge - Triolet - Grand Baie Road.

After about 2.4 km, turn left onto Terre Rouge - Triolet - Grand Baie Road, at the Round about, take the 1st exit on the Terre rouge - Triolet - Grand Baie Road.

After 5.1 km, turn left onto Shivala Road, after approximately 1.5 km, you will pass the Trou aux Biches Police Station, and you will reach a traffic light.

Turn left at the Traffic lights onto B38 Road, the Bungalow is the 1st entrance on your right hand side.

Policies & Disclaimers

Flights and Travel
Rental of the villa does not include flights or any other travel costs.

Airport Transfers
If required, airport transfers within Mauritius can be arranged in advance. Please indicate your requirements when booking the villa. If your flight is delayed, please inform us in sufficient time so we can re-arrange your airport greeting.
The incoming transfer is paid on arrival at the villa and the outgoing transfer is paid prior to departure.�Please contact us for the rates.

Insurance
We strongly recommend our clients to take out full holiday/travel insurance.

Accommodation Capacity
The total number of clients staying at any villa must not exceed its stated capacity.

�

Booking Deposit
A non-refundable booking deposit of 30% of the total booking fee is required. Invoices and receipts are sent by email, please print copies for reference. If required, please provide your address for a hard copy. All bank charges to be paid by the client.

Balance of Payment
Full payment of the villa rental is to be made no later than 6 weeks prior to rental commencement date. We may send a reminder to make the final payment usually within 10 weeks prior to your travel date.

Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental of the villa. Towels may not be taken off the villa premises. Beach towels are provided.

Breakages or Damage
The client will undertake to keep the villa, all furniture, fixtures, fittings and decoration in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of their stay. All fittings and appliances are checked and serviced on a regular basis. Denial of responsibility i.e suggesting 'wear and tear' or 'accumulative damage' is not acceptable. The villa owner or caretaker shall be compensated directly by the client for any damage or breakages that occur during the stay.

Client Conduct
We reserves the right to terminate this contract if the conduct of the client either prior to or during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or wellbeing of other clients in the party, or that of the client concerned.
The client will undertake to keep the villa and all furniture, fixtures and fittings in or on the premises in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of their stay.

Villa Maintenance
Should the need arise, the owner reserves the right of access to the villa at reasonable notice to the client for repairs and maintenance purposes and retain the right to replace, relocate or retract a fixture, fitting or appliance for repair and maintenance purposes as required.

Air Conditioning
Air-conditioning is provided at the villa, and all doors and windows must be closed in the room when using air-con in order to prevent malfunction of the units.

Telephone & Internet Access
Local telephone calls are free. International dialing is barred. Phone cards are available to make overseas calls.WIFI connectivity is available. However the villa does not provide a computer.

Liability
We will accept no liability in what follows.

• Loss or damage incurred or suffered by any client in connection with any mode of transport during his holidays.
• Loss of owner’s baggage and/or personal belongings during the holidays, as these remain at all times and in all circumstances at the owner’s risk.
• Loss of client’s personal effects including money, passport and flight tickets in case of burglary during their stay in the villa. In fact, the villa having a safe, we strongly advise the clients to use it for the safe keeping of any valuables.
• Loss or damage caused by any matter beyond our reasonable control including Acts of God, war, civil disturbance, strikes or other industrial action, or acts of government..
• Disruption of water and electricity supply, or failure of air-conditioning units or water heaters, although we will do its best to remedy such malfunction �at the earliest for immediate attention.
• Any accident that may have occurred due to defects in construction or equipment related to the villa.

Others

Pets are not allowed in the bungalow.

Smoking inside the bungalow is prohibited.
