         Arion Villa is located north of the village of Amnatos in Municipality of Arkadi Rethymnon. The villa is a brand new country house with pool, built in a grove of 4 acres, of the Cretan countryside. The villa is offered for family vacations and alternative tourism and provides all modern amenities in an area of natural beauty suitable for family holidays in Crete, Visit Arkadi monastery, the Folklore Museum in Amnato, Patsos gorge, and the beautiful beaches of western Crete. The villa can accommodate from one to ten people (1-10) and it can be offered all together or independently with capacity of up to three families. The main building consists of a two-storey villa with wooden roof, (kitchen, dining room, living room, wc) on the ground floor are two bedrooms with a bathroom. Opposite the main building there is a ground floor building that houses two bedrooms each with a bath. One of them has facilities for people with special needs and a parking area for two cars. You are now passing under a bridge. Continue on the National Road heading towards Rethymnon until @ 72.5km you see the 1st road sign reading 'Rethymnon Old Road' @ 73.1 km turn right off the National Road. RESET YOUR KM CLOCK Down the slip road, turn right and @ 0.3 km drive under the bridge and straight on. @ 0.5 km turn left. @ 0.9 km you will pass a bus stop on your left and an entrance to the National road ' the road divides into two here and you need to bear right and immediately on your right will be a supermarket. @1.3km you will pass a Shell garage on your left. @1.4km Turn right ' there will be a taverna on your left. @2.8km enter the village of 'Hamalevri' @3.5km you will be in the middle of the village Asteri'. There is a minimarket on the right. Stand outside the minimarket and zero the clock of your car Go straight through the narrow street and follow that road till you see your odometer to say 0.8 km. You are passing a crossroad now. Go straight and at 3.3 km. the entrance of the villa is on the left. There is a sign in Greek with a nice picture that says "Liostase" Turn left, pen the gate if it is not opened (manually) and drive in. There is a big parking space. The owner will be there waiting for you in order to explain a few things about the villa and show you how the internet is working. DIRECTIONS: CHANIA AIRPORT TO VILLA Arion RETHYMNON AREA Leave the car park following signs for Chania on the one way system. When you go through the exit (the gate) RE SET YOUR KM CLOCK @ .6km turn left the sign posts will read Rethymnon and Chania. @ 3.2km turn right at the junction again signed Rethymnon and Chania. @ 4.8km you will pass a pharmacy and a mini market on your right. You will pass a sign that says Rethymnon 62km on your right, just after this @ 7.6km turn left. There is a sign saying Souda 7km. This road takes you to Souda harbour. @ 13.4km turn right at the traffic lights then at 13.8km turn left at the junction. Follow this road under the bridge. @ 14.7km turn left following signs for Rethymnon. You are now on the national road the speed limit on this road is 90kmph RESET YOUR KM CLOCK Stay on this road passing Rethymnon town. @59.4km you pass an AVIN petrol station. @63.6km you will see a sign reading 'Heraklion Old Road' @63.8km take the exit right off the National Road - there is a bus stop here. RE SET YOUR KM CLOCK Turn second left and immediately on your right is a supermarket. @1.3km you will pass a Shell garage on your left. @1.4km Turn right - there will be a taverna on your left and a sign reading 'Amnatos, Arkadi. @2.8km enter the village of 'Hamalevri' @3.4km you enter the village of'Asteri'. @3.5km there is a minimarket on the right. LIABILITY All tenants are strongly recommended to take out their own travel and health insurance covering all members of their party. We regret that we are unable to accept any responsibility towards any insurance claims made by tenants for whatever cause. We do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for personal injury, accidents, loss, theft or damage to persons or personal effects, however caused. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal objects of the tenants that will be left at the property after departure, even if we will try to find any forgotten objects. In the event that our property suffers from water and electricity shortages and the property can be cut off without prior notice for varying periods of time, then the tenant should be patient as these situations are out of our control, even if we will do everything possible to avoid them. CANCELLATION DUE TO MAJOR FORCE We are not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations hereunder on account of Major Force i.e. strikes, shortages, riots, insurrection, fires, flood, storm, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes or any other cause which is beyond the reasonable control. We have the right to cancel any booking in case that any of the previous mentioned happens. In such case the whole amount of rental will be refunded to the tenant. TENANT LIABILITY The tenant is responsible to ensure that the property is left in a reasonable condition of cleanliness and in the same condition of repair as upon arrival. Any excessive cleaning, loss or damage to the property, debts or charges incurred will be itemized and charged to the tenant. Tenants are required to act in a responsible manner at all times, and to act with respect towards other guests, neighbors and our staff. They must also not transfer furniture or objects without informing the property owner first. We reserve the absolute right to require any individual to vacate a property for disruptive behavior, in which case there would be no refund of any rental payment. The tenant is hold responsible to pay for any damage caused or any loss during his stay at the property, noted after his check out, which has not been reported to us prior to his departure. Tenants agree that the terms herein are binding on them, their family members, heirs, successors, assigns, dependents and/or minors accompanying them and their legal representatives. The tenant is responsible to ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during their stay in the accommodation and take extra care with balconies, swimming pool and other places. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at any time and all tenants have to take all necessary measures for their personal safety during their stay. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The total number of guests staying in the property may not exceed the number of sleeping places specified in the promotional material or the number entered on the face of this contract. As the villa consists of the main building and two separate buildings with extra bedrooms, in any case of lower number of occupants than the maximum (10), the use of bedrooms is depending on the number of tenants and we have the right not to allow them use extra bedrooms. Otherwise, if the tenants want to use all extra bedrooms they will have to pay for the maximum number of persons during their stay. We reserve the right to refuse entry or evict the entire party if the number of persons occupying a property exceeds the number stipulated in the contract. EXTRA CHARGES Every extra charge must be paid locally to us by the end of the rental. All payments for the extra charges must be in the local currency. LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE The tenant must inform us for any delay on the arrival or any early departure. No refunds will be made, if the tenant is unable to arrive on the expected day due to travel problems or in any case of early departure. COMPLAINTS / PROBLEMS The tenant is responsible for informing us for any complaint or problem during his stay in our property and allow us a reasonable time to solve it during the rental period. Failure to do so will void any claim following the rental period.
