The Pirate’s house took its name from the Piracy period that hit the island of Santorini in 1537 and for forty years it was under the rule of Barbarosa.

At the ground floor of the Pirate’s house, at the main entrance of the house, we find a fully equipped corner kitchen crafted in the rock and a comfortable dining area. An internal staircase leads to the upper level of the villa which consists of two bedrooms, each one with a private bathroom and a sitting area with LCD Screen, DVD Player, Satellite and free Internet access.

The Pirate’s house keeps the traditional architecture of the pirate age, where the houses were built with inner courtyards so as to be protect against the pirates. At the ground floor you can experience the old fashion Cycladic architecture and enjoy a small indoor heated pool.

An indoor staircase leads to the terrace with a roof garden and a dining area ideal for relaxing, for a candlelight dinner and for organizing special theme nights with harp, saxophone, live music, and or poetry.

A two storey stone built villa that can accommodate 5 to 6 guests.

The property is no more than 15 klm from the airport and 5 klm from the port. There is only one main street to follow the signs.

Policies & Disclaimers

Reservation Policy: A credit card authorization is required in order to confirm a reservation and 30% of the entire amount of stay.
Cancellation: No fee is charged for cancellation prior to 14 days before confirmed arrival date on winter, low and middle season and 21 days during high season. Any cancellation made within 14 days during winter, low and middle season or 21 during high season, before arrival date, results the 50% of the stay. In case of no-show or departure prior to scheduled date, results in 100% charge of the total stay.
