The Villa Bandellina is located in a secluded area of the estate around 1km from the reception building, accessed via the country lane which takes you through the vineyards and olive groves. The first floor of the villa offers three double bedrooms each with en suite bathroom, one twin room also with en-suite facilities, and a master suite with French beds and en suite bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The ground floor of the villa offers a spacious open plan living-dining room featuring a  magnificent central fire place which divides the areas. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom, laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The grounds of the villa consist of a landscaped garden, swimming pool, patio area with BBQ facility, and a garden table with chairs.

Local Amenities and Activities

The nearest shops, bank, pharmacies�and supermarket are available at 8 km in San Gimignano or Certaldo. In San Gimignano at about 10 km available tennis court and about 20 minutes in Castelfalfi a golf club.

Check in / Check out times

Reservation required for minimum stay of 7 nights with arrival-departure on Saturday. Check In between 3:00 pm up to 7:00 pm. Check Out within 10:00 am.

The nearest airports are Florence (65 km) or Pisa (90 km). No public transport. Car needed.

By car

From North
� Take the A1 highway, in direction of Roma, exit Firenze Impruneta
� Take the dual-carriageway Firenze-Siena, exit Poggibonsi Nord
� Follow signs for San Gimignano for about 11 km
� As you arrive in San Gimignano, follow the road that skirts round the two main gates and continue following directions for Certaldo-Gambassi
� When you arrive at the roundabout, turn left towards Gambassi
� After 1,2 km turn right towards, following directions for Pancole for 2,3 km
� Drive through the village of Pancole (going through a small tunnel under the church) and after about 800 m turn left towards Santo Pietro
� After 1,1 km of unpaved road, stop at the Reception of Fattorie Santo Pietro
From south

� Take the dual-carriageway Siena-Bettolle, exit Siena Ovest
� Take the dual-carriageway Firenze-Siena, direction of Firenze, exit Poggibonsi Nord

� Take the SS49 in direction of Siena. Pass Castefiorentino and before enter in Certaldo follow for San Gimignano
� Follow the road and at the roundabout take the 3rd exit for Gambassi T
� Follow the road for about 1 km and turn on left for Pancole (rif. Albergo/Ristorante Latini)
� Follow for Pancole and pass the farm called "Il Monte"
� Turn right in direction of Santo Pietro 1
� After 1,5 km of unpaved road, stop at the Reception of Fattorie Santo Pietro.

• the day of Check In or No Show, cancellation fee of 100 of the reservation amount.
