Whole of villa rental, (2-12 people), is available for USD400-USD600 per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. This affords you exclusive use of our plunge pool, 6 staff, breakfast and your own personal cook. This is bettter than the rate for a single hotel room at many nearby 5 star hotels. We offer the plantation suite (80 square metres) for 2 people with its own customised king four poster bed and private ensuite for USD120-USD140 per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. The bungalow is perfect for a family travelling with teenagers or singles looking for twin accommodation. It has two separate bedrooms with queen four poster beds with a shared bathroom. It is perfect for people looking for a bit more privacy and their own space. It is available for up to four people for USD110-USD180 dollars per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. Our three double rooms include four poster beds, mosquito nets, ceiling fans and a shared bathroom. They range in price between USD80-USD120 per night inclusive of taxes and service charges. Policies & DisclaimersChange of Date In the event of a change of date, deposits and final payments are non-refundable. However, bookings can be moved out to a future point in time, anywhere within a 12 month span of the original booking date/s, subject to availability. Please note that rates will change if there is a change of season from non-peak to peak and will not reduce if from peak to non peak. Only one change of dates is allowed per party. If the change is notified within 2 weeks of check-in a 50% penalty will apply (75% for peak period bookings). Cancellations
The cancellation policy will apply to full cancellations. Payments made via international bank transfer and PayPal incur commission fees that are forfeit in the event of a cancellation. Reversals may result in an additional charge equivalent to or greater than the original fee depending on bank fees. A fee equal to the deposit and any costs associated with re-crediting of accounts; payment reversals and currency transfers is deductible.
