Our accommodations come with three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bath tub. �Fanss are in all bedrooms. � The apartment is an open concept with the living seatingfor six and the kitchen with all modern self-catering amenities. �There is a two tier terrace with the lower terrace containing outdoor furniture.

The facilities consist of security cameras, motion detection lights and is fully fenced for our guests' safety and security. �We provide smoke/fire/carbon monoxide alarms, fire blankets, a BBQ and beach towels.

Our common areas for our guests' enjoyment. �Please help us to maintain them in a clean and orderly manner by not littering. �When leaving the premises be sure to close and lock the gates.

Local Amenities and Activities

Le Marida Suites - TheView is conveniently located on the West Coast of the island close to Port St. Charles and port Ferdinand marinas. �There is a Wild Life Reserve, Farley Hill National Park, to name a few. �Other Points of Interest are available in our Guest Information Booklet at the apartment.

Betty's Bar and Grill is a short distance away in Shorey Village, St. Andrew and is perfect for socializing with the locals and having a taste of Barbadian culture. �Just mention Insights Group sent you. (Directions to this bar will be found in our Guest information Booklet at the apartment).

Popular beaches on the West Coast close to the apartment are Heywoods, Mullin and Six Mens. �Many beaches offer an array of water activities and there are many hand ball activities including golf, tennis, etc. with the closest one 0.5 km away.

There is also a supermarket, shopping, museum, restaurants and night life in Speightstown which is about 0.5 km away. �However, if you notify us before, arrangements can be made to have a basic suppy of groceries (optional fee) available for your upon your arrival.

Check in / Check out times

We have flexible check-in and check-out times. �If your flight is going to be delayed or you will be late, please pay us the courtesy of notifying us by text or telephone call at -246-258-8753.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

There is one airport: �Grantley Adams international Airport located in the parish of Christ Church. �It is approximately 45 minutes away by driving. �There are also buses on an hourly basis that go to the airport. These buses are available at the Speightstown Bus Terminal about a 7 minute walk away from the apartment. �However, we do provide airport transportation. �Just let us know when making your reservation.

Connections to anywhere in the island is available from the Speightstown Bus Terminal.

Sea ports are Port Ferdinand and Port St. Charles, just about 1.0 km away.

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

We provide airport transportation.

From the airport, follow the ABC highway to Mile & Quarter, Turn Left onto Station Hill Road and keep straight to the stop lights on Highway 1. �Right at the stop lights to the 2nd Street (Heywoods Park Entrance).Left onto the entrance and follow the street all way around the bend to the 2nd Street, turn L and you are at your destination. �(For more detailed information or for clarification, please feel free to email us)

Policies & Disclaimers

All guests are required to pay a $250.00 USD refundable deposit providing nothing is broken or damaged. �Normal wear and tear is allowed. Terms and Conditions will be emailed to guests upon booking.

Cancelltion by email is most acceptable and the fastest. �We check our emails constantly, so please feel free to email us with your cancellations. �If you are unable to attend and cancel up to 15 days or earlier prior to your arrival, you will receive a full refund.

14 days or less prior to arrival date, guestss will be refunded minus $100.00 USD administration charge.

There will be no refund if the guests fail to cancel or a "no show". �However, we will give a credit for the amoount already paid minus a $100 USD administration fee for a reservation made for a later date either for the guest themselves or for another guest of their choice.
