The villa is a large 3 ensuite bedroomed property, providing flexible sleeping for 6 people. There will be additional put you up beds available for parties of up to 8. Downstairs comprises of an extremely large open plan Lounge Dining room, with patio doors opening onto a covered eating area. Additionally there is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, Oven, Hob, fridge Freezer and Microwave, which leads to an open courtyard utility area which has lockable storage cupboards and a Washing machine and Tumble Dryer, The downstairs living accomodatiion is completed by 2 twin bedrooms with Ensuite bath/shower, Toilet and wash basin, along with a seperate toilet. Upstairs is the huge master bedroom with ensuite comprising Jacuzzi bath, seperate large shower, toilet and twin wash basins. The bedroom has patio doors to a balcony area with views out to the golf course and caostline. The outside of the property has a covered eating area, which leads down via steps to a terrace with pool and built in BBQ. The terrace looks out over the 11th fairway of the golf course and down to the algarve coastline beyond.

The villa comes copmplete with Hairdryers in each bedroom.  there is a CD & DVD player in the lounge and i pod docking speakers in both the lounge and master bedroom.

The Patio has Table with 6 chairs and 4 sunbeds.

Local Amenities and Activities

There are a number of top quality golf courses within a 15 minute drive of the villa, as well as many more just intop Spain and all within 30 minutes drive.  The villa is set on Castro Marim golf complex, with boasts 3 nine hole courses, each with their own challenges. However te Villa is not simply about golf, within a 10 minute drive, are some of the best beaches in Europe, let alone the Algarve. Still not commercialised and remaining unspoilt, the beach running from the Spanish Border along the Eastern Algarve coast as far as tavira is one of the most beautiful golden sand beaches you will see anywhere in Europe.

Within easy reach (1 hour drive) is the beautiful spanish city of Seville, and its well worth the drive. The orange trees lining the streets truly are beautiful.

Nearby to the villa, is the town of Vila Real san Antonio, a lovely small town complete with its own marina. From here you can get a foot ferry over the River Guadiana to Spain. The Town has lota of quaint streets lined with small bouique style shops and cafes/restaurants.

It should be noted due to the location of the Villa, a car is essentail.

Check in / Check out times

Check in at 2pm, check out at 10am.  Cleaning is accried out once during a weekly stay and towels are changed at this time.

Faro is 40 minutes drive away, you can also fly into Seville which is an Hour drive from the property

Driving directions (from airport or sea port)

From Faro , head along the motorway towards Spain, you exit at the last junction before the bridge into Spain, and the Golf complex is a 3 minute drive away. Full directions can be given when booking.
