Amazing new villas with private pool 2min from Haraki and 10 min from Lindos

Costas and Bo offer you superb new A/C villas,each with private pool suitable for families, couples or groups, each sleeps up to 6 and has it’s own private pool, garden and sun-deck on a small newly developed complex of 3 villas close to beautiful Haraki Bay (two minutes by car), the golden sands of Agathi Beach (five minutes by car) and unspoilt Masari village (five minutes walk). The spectacular ancient capital of Lindos is only ten minutes drive from your villa, which occupies a quiet position on the beach road, surrounded by open countryside. Comfortable and spacious lounge with sofas, TV etc, and access via French windows to outside dining patio and pool area. A cosy log fireplace awaits winter visitors. Fully equipped kitchen/dining room. The master bedroom is en-suite with a TV and large balcony overlooking the pool. Costas and Bo have also created a communal area next to the villas, with a kitchen garden, barbecue and outdoor dining facilities, which guests may enjoy at their leisure

Local Transport: A car is highly recommended for your stay, though not completely essential.

If you wish to be fully independent, book your hire car with a reputable company ready to pick up at the airport.

If you only wish to have the odd day out, the owner will provide airport transfers (small charge to cover fuel) and help you to arrange local hire of fully serviced cars, motorbikes, bicycles etc by the day.

The bus services through the village are regular (hourly) , and will take you to Rhodes Town, Lindos and all points between at a reasonable cost. Taxis are also available.

Services provided by the owner: If you require airport transfers, I will meet you at Arrivals and take you direct to your villa. On the return you can be at check-in well before the hordes if you wish.

If you pick up your transport from the airport, simply drop me a text as you leave the airport, and I will meet you at your villa with the keys.

We can provide any service you like in or out the villas.Please

dont hesitate to ask.

A brief guided tour of Massari village and the two nearby resorts at Haraki and Agathi is provided free, and you will find guide books and maps in the house should you wish to venture further afield.

For non drivers, I can provide 2 full day guided tours covering the whole island. Details available on request.

If you wish to arrange activities such as fishing, water sports, horse riding, ferry trips, these may be booked in advance at cost price.

Resorts : Haraki Bay / Agathi Beach.: At 2km, Haraki Bay is your nearest resort. Leave the car in the square, and wander down past the church, and one of the most beautiful horseshoe bays in the Greece will open out before you. Take a walk along the pedestrian only promenade lined with a single row of laid-back with friendly family run restaurants,tavernas,bars All this is overlooked by the ruins of Pheraklos Castle, which provide an especially dramatic backdrop when lit up at night. During the day, some tavernas offer free sunbeds and parasols if you make use of their bar facilities!

1km further on are the soft golden sands of Agathi Beach, backed by sand dunes. The sea is warm, shallow and clear, providing safe swimming for all, and great snorkelling. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent, and not overcrowded, and there is a choice of 3 licensed marquee style-tavernas serving everything from ice-creams to a 3 course meal at competitive prices.Massari long beach also is ideal for those like to be alone, high recommended

The villa comprises a 2 bedroomed semi-detached villa with private shaded parking to the front, landscaped gardens to front and rear, and a private sun deck and pool to the rear. Privacy wall surrounds ensure a relaxing time by the pool. Spacious airy lounge with comfy seating for 6,TV/DVD/HiFi, etc.,opens onto the dining patio with 6 seater dining suite. Off the lounge are the main bathroom, bedroom 2 and stairs to the first floor. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with high spec dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, full size fridge/freezer + all mod cons and dining for 6. To the first floor, the Master Bedroom with en suite fully tiled shower room and 2 large balconies with views over open countryside to Massari Bay. The villa is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning units in every room. Hot water is solar heated with immersion heater backup if needed. The lounge has a cosy log fire for winter visitors. Elegant, high quality furniture and d�cor complete the relaxing atmosphere.

Local Amenities and Activities

Massari is a quiet unspoilt village set amongst orange groves, 5 minutes drive from the golden sands of Agathi Beach, and the beautiful bay of Haraki, overlooked by Pheraklos Castle. The ancient capital of Lindos and stunning St.Pauls Bay are only 10 minutes drive. Half way up the eastern coast, Malona is the perfect base from which to explore the whole island.

Less than 45 minutes in the car will find you exploring the battlements of Rhodes Town in the north, wine-tasting on the western slopes of Mount Attaviros, or watching the kite-surfers who come from all over the world to catch the waves at Prassonisi on the southern tip of the island. Also ideal as a base for hiking or cycling, a five minute walk will see you spotting honey buzzards on a quiet mountain road, or maybe just scrumping the odd orange as you wander down the olive tracks.

The village has several grill houses, tavernas,bars and mini marts, and a bakery, selling local produce, plus an English speaking pharmacist.
