Description

Villa Pia is located in the centre of Sutivan on Brac, near the beach Bunta. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house. This beautiful villa with a pool of 20 m2 is over 250 years old, and it was completely renovated in 1998. Villa Pia can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.

The ground floor (40 m2) has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The first floor (50 m2) consists of a kitchen with sitting room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a 25 m2 terrace overlooking the pool.

On the second floor (50 m2) there is a kitchen with sitting room and a terrace (6 m2) overlooking the garden and pool, while a bathroom and 2 bedrooms have a beautiful view of the sea and the Brac canal. The garden is intimate and full of flowers.
