Situated just five minutes walk to the town centre, beach, sea front restaurants and bars. On a residential complex with communal pool, tennis court and crazy golf, which makes it ideal for Families and Couples. It comes with a Fully fitted Kitchen including Electric Hob and oven, extractor fan, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge Freezer, utility area, Washing machine, iron & Ironing board. There are also newly air-con units fitted in all rooms for your comfort. The Lounge area has a three-piece suite, double-bed settee, Sky/ITV/BBC TV channels,with a new 32” TV, DVD/ CD player, A Wii with games”. Also now with free WIFI. Also provided are tennis racquets and balls, beach towels and a football for the beach. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, consisting of a beautiful vanity unit, full size bath and shower, which is fully tiled, A double bed, fitted wardrobes, built in Safe and a Hair Dryer. Full linen and towels are provided with an optional maid service on a weekly basis. The second double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and matching twin beds, TV with Playstation 2 and Games “ Children’s Paradise” All rooms have beautifully tiled floors, newly fitted air conditioning and are furnished to what we consider to be of a high standard. The Secluded Sun Terrace and Sun bathing Area has full patio furniture, sunbeds and a gas BBQ.The Lovely Communal swimming pool is open for you to use, there is a key hanging up in the Villa. There is also provided additional towels for Pool and Beach use.The communal tennis can be used at any time, if it is free, there is a key to the gate which hangs up in the Villa. Tennis racquets and balls can be found in the second bedroom fitted wardrobes for you to use.Playa Blanca is a small cosy town with an esplanade offering a magnificent view to Fuertaventura and Lobos. The pedestrian zone offers shopping facilities as well as medical care. Fishing Village on the south side of the island and also a port for the car ferry to Fuerteventura and the occasional cruise liner. There are three lovely white sandy beaches, which are amongst the best in the island. The sea front is traffic free with a lovely coastal path linking the beaches. There are some very good restaurants overlooking the sea. The local supermarkets are the last place to take a drink on board before heading to the near by Papagayo beaches. Some of the nicest beaches in the canaries, consisting of five coves each with golden sand. Reached by crossing almost desert type tracks, there are no properties or facilities. You will find nudists on the beaches – although it’s not compulsory. There is a sheltered corner of the island and can be reached from either Playa Blanca or Femes. Make Sure you take a drink with you. A very good swimming, although some of the secluded cove beaches are difficult to access. There is a ferryboat that will take you to these beaches which goes hourly from the harbour and will collect you later in the afternoon. Playa Blanca is the southern tip of Lanzarote. It is situated about 20 miles form the airport of Arrecife. The journey time is under 20 minutes and if you are travelling by taxi the rank is directly outside the arrival halls. The taxi fare to the Villa is approximately 45 euro. Collection of hire cars is also available at the airport, but car hire is not necessary as the Villa is central to the town centre and all the amenities.
