This Golf Villa is in the heart of the luxury Golf resort of Secret Valley, Paphos, Cyprus�

It has 3 double bedrooms with a balcony to 2 bedrooms and all have seaviews

The master bedroom has an ensuite double walk in shower�

All bedrooms have dressing areas, wardrobes, air con, separate floor fans and ceiling fans

The master also has a flat screen TV

The Villa is approached through double gates and has an open garage for private parking. The front garden is surrounded by a flowered hedge and two large palm trees

The rear garden has a sun lounge area, tiled balcony with table and chairs and a separate swing chair for relaxing

The pool ois over 30 feet long and maintained twice a week for perfect clarity. There are also night lights on both the balcony and around the pool for soft night light. At the rear of the garden there are further palm trees and flowers and the border is fully fenced off for privacy

The lounge has a tiled floor and leads to an open plan dining area, this also leads to a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and all usual appliances, plus granite worktops

Leading from the lounge is a marble staircase to the bedroom

All rooms have quality paintings and there is a beautful 7ft painting on the stairway

Every room has air con and fans for your convenience

The sofa doubles as a bed is required and the furniture is in walnut

The villa is a 3 minute drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the neighbouring spa resort with restaurants and bars all fully accessible for Secret Valley residents

The main town and busy harbour are a 15 minute drive away for all the shops and nightlife you need
