         � A Home Away From Home � Disney World Villa is a 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom home that backs onto an orange grove. It is beautifully maintained, feeling light and airy throughout. The villa sleeps 8 people. � There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one that leads to the pool area and 2 Twin Disney themed bedrooms. The Lounge has a 46 in Plasma with blu ray and cable TV Dvr. All bedrooms have Flat screen TVs. There is also a pool table that converts to table tennis, soft dart board and Games console in the garage for your enjoyment during your stay, although im sure you wont be indoors much!! � Enjoy the good sized pool, lounge around on the deck with 4 sun loungers or chill in the shade with the undercover deck with patio table and chairs.� � The home is under 20 minutes from Disney, and 30 minutes from Seaworld/Universal Studios/Wet n Wild and Legoland. � Within a stones throw there are a number of big name shops and restaurants. The official Polk County tourist information centre is just around the corner too.

It has a cooking range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, waste disposal and sufficient cups, plates and silverware for all of your party. There is also a large pantry cupboard where your find a number of kitchen gadgets and plastic cups for use around the pool. � Master Bedroom with Ensuite This luxurious master bedroom has a huge bed, walk in closet,flat screen Cable TV, Alarm Clock radio, vanity table and leads onto an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins, WC, separate bath and walk in power shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the pool deck. � 2nd Master Bedroom with Ensuite The 2nd Master bedroom has a queen sized bed, fitted wardrobes, Cable TV, Alarm Clock radio, dressing table and leads into an en suite bathroom with wash basin, WC and walk in power shower. � Bedrooms 3 & 4 Twin rooms �� Bedrooms 3&4 are Disney Themed twin bedrooms, Each with 2 single beds. Theres one for the boys and one for the girls. Boys room is decorated with Disney Cars theme and girls decorated with a Princess theme. Each has built in wardrobe,Dresser and Themed night lights and TV with cable. Bedroom 3&4 shares a Mickey mouse themed bathroom with Shower, bathtub, basin and WC. � Utility Room Here your find a washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Vacuum Cleaner. Ideal for coming home with a suitcase full of clean washing.� � Pool & Deck Whether you’re cooling down from a hectic day at the parks or you are taking a well earned day of rest our fully screened pool has everything you need, with ample sun loungers, outdoor table and chairs, covered lanai, extended sun deck and a gas BBQ. Numerous inflatable pool toys are at the villa for your use. Pool can be heated at an extra charge (although not normally needed between the months of May & September).�
Local Amenities and ActivitiesLocal Amenities Located 5 minutes away you will find Posner Park, a fairly new shopping complex with shops, restaurants and a supermarket. �Posner Park is located on the junction of I4 and Highway 27. Shops include Best Buy, JC Penny and Target.� Drive south from the villa on Highway 27 for about 10 mins and your reach Haines City. Here your find a wider selection of restaurants including the famous Manny Chop House. If you love steak and chicken this is the place to go. There is also a Walmart supercentre, ideal for all your food and holiday needs. Also on Highway 27 is the local hospital, 5 mins south from the Villa. its located on a cross roads, with 2 pharmacys eitherside. Walgreens and CVS.� �Activities � With such a wide range of things to do in Florida sometime it can be a little overwhelming of where to start. From Theme parks to Airpboat rides, Helicopter rides to Petting farms. in central Florida there is something for everyones taste. A good place to visit would be the offical Polk tourist centre, located at Highway 27 less than 5 minutes from the Villa. They can help you decide and plan your holiday and you may also pick up some discounts vouchers. You may also find yourself doing something you never dreamed off too.
