Emerald Superior Villa(105sqm):A two floor villa sleeping a maximum of 6 persons.

The ground floor consists of an open plan dining/living area and a fully equipped kitchen with: electric cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.

The lounge area is comfortably furnished and also has a large double sofa bed sleeping two people. There is satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, movies/books collection.

There is also a separate WC room which has a wash-hand basin and toilet.

A wooden staircase leads you to the two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. The bathroom has a bath with Jacuzzi and shower, hairdryer, wash-hand basin and toilet.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en-suite shower room, wardrobe, TV, safe deposit box, patio doors and furnished balcony.

The second bedroom has two single beds, TV and a wardrobe.

The exterior of the villa is a fenced area of 185sqm with a private pool, sun beds and umbrellas, lounge area, dining area, bbq area and a private covered parking space. All villas offer panoramic views over the Ionian Sea and tranquillity and peace to every quest.

Local Amenities and Activities

Emerald Luxury Villas located in Agios Nikolaos, in the north-eastern side of Zakynthos island, 30 km from Zakynthos town and only 300 m away from the sea. Agios Nikolaos is a small fishing village, still untouched by tourism, with traditional architecture and peaceful atmosphere.
At the port of Agios Nikolaos, which is always full of fishing and excursion boats, you can get a boat trip to visit the famous Blue Caves and the Shipwreck. You can also take the ferry to the nearby island of Kefalonia that departs daily from the port.
The beach of Agios Nikolaos with the deep blue and crystal clear waters, is perfect for swimming and relax. There are many tavernas around where you can taste fresh fish, local dishes and traditional Greek cuisine. Apart from Agios Nikolaos beach, the famous Makris Gialos beach and Xiggia springs are also close to Emerald Luxury Villas.
Peligoni Club, for sailing and water sports, is also a short walk from te villas.

Airports / Sea Ports / Other Transport

How to reach the island:
Very easily reachable from Athens with daily flights of 45 minutes. Further more during the summer period Zakynthos is directly connected to many European cities with charter flights. There are also flights connecting Zakynthos to Kefalonia, Corfu and Salonika duration of which is 30 minutes, 2 and 3.10 hours respectively.
From Italy, with departures from the harbours of Trieste, Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi you can reach Patras by ferryboat. From Patras proceed for 60 km along the New National Road via Pyrghos to the coast town of Killini. From Killini there are ferry boats leaving to Zakynthos and the the trip duration is about 1 hour and a half.
Zakynthos is connected to Kefalonia by ferryboat too; the cross is about 1 hour from A. Nikolaos to Pesada. By bus, KTEL, there are daily trips from Zakynthos to Athens (5 hours), Patras (2 hours) and Salonika (9 hours).

Booking notes: You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival, if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit. If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked. Rental includes a basic welcome pack and daily maid service. 30 percent deposit is required to confirm the reservation
