Emerald Deluxe Villas (180sqm):Newly built villa placed in an area of 440 sqm. (180 sqm interior space and 260 sqm exterior fenced space for each villa.)

The villa accommodates up to 8 people.

Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric cooker-oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, toastie maker, coffee machine and a full range of cooking equipment and utensils.

Dining area and living area with fireplace, and large sofa comfortable for up to 8 person.

One master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with a  w-c/shower room next to it.

Utility room: Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

First floor: One master bedroom (one double bed) with en suite bathroom and one twin bedroom (two single beds) with en suite shower room.

Outside area: Private pool with hydro massage for up to four people, children’s pool, playground, lounge area, dining area, built bbq, shower with cold/hot water , private parking area detached to the villa and panoramic sea views. 

Local Amenities and Activities

The villas are close to the port of Agios Nikolas where you can take a boat trip to visit the famous attractions of the Shipwreck and Blue Caves or take the ferry boat that departs on a daily crossing to the neighbouring island of Kefalonia. There are many sandy beaches close to the villas including the famous Makris Gialos beach and the natural health spa of Xigia. Also this northeast area of the island is famous for its many traditional tavernas with their friendly atmosphere, using home made recipes to cook the delicious local cuisine.

How yo can reach the island:
Very easily reachable from Athens with daily flights of 45 minutes. Further more during the summer period Zakynthos is directly connected to many European cities with charter flights. There are also flights connecting Zakynthos to Kefalonia, Corfu and Salonika duration of which is 30 minutes, 2 and 3.10 hours respectively. From Italy, with departures from the harbours of Trieste, Venice, Ancona, Bari and Brindisi you can reach Patras by ferryboat.
From Patras proceed for 60 km along the New National Road via Pyrghos to the coast town of Killini.
From Killini there are ferry boats leaving to Zakynthos and the the trip duration is about 1 hour and a half. Zakynthos is connected to Kefalonia by ferryboat too; the cross is about 1 hour from A. Nikolaos to Pesada. By bus, KTEL, there are daily trips from Zakynthos to Athens (5 hours), Patras (2 hours) and Salonika (9 hours).

Deposit Policy: 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking
Payment Options: Credit card/bank transfer
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking and get refunded if it is at least one month before your arrival, if it is after that period of time then you loose your deposit. If you have arrived at your villa and wish to cancel the rest of your stay then you pay for the nights you have been accommodated and 50% of the rest of the period that you have booked.
