Breakages

Any breakages or damages made by the booking party(s) to the “booking” property must be paid for prior to departure.

Building Works

Anglon Holidays cannot be held responsible for any or such building works that may occur close by/next door/or surrounding property.

In the unlikely event this may occur we will notify you at our earliest. 

Disturbance

To respect at all times neighbouring units and its neighbours.

Changes After Booking

If for any reason you need to make changes to your booking once the booking is confirmed, we will endeavor to assist you, but cannot guarantee that your request will be met. There will be an administration fee of 10.00 euros to cover  administation handling.

Obviously we want to avoid making any changes to your booking once it has been confirmed but occasionally this may be the case. If this is so, we will either offer you alternative accommodation or offer you a full refund.

If You Cancel

Because we start to incur costs in relation to your arrangements from the time we confirm your booking, if you cancel we have to make a charge, and the nearer to your departure date you cancel, the more the charge will be. If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so by any mobile device or usage, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform hereafter collectively referred to as the "website".

Cancellation charges will be as shown in the table below which also applies if we cancel because you have failed to make payments on time.

Cancellation Conditions

By making a reservation with an accommodation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that accomodation, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the accomodation that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel cancellation and no-show policy. 

Cancellation of Booking

The cancellation charges are as follows

4-6 weeks before arrival date –  30% of total rental
2-3 weeks before arrival date –  50% of total rental
2 weeks or less before arrival – 100% of rental
