This Villa is very conveniently located for easy reach of all areas in the Lisbon coast together with areas in the Silver Coast. Torres Vedras is a town surrounded by green hills and fields, grapes vines and trees, this area is a truly stunning place to live or relax. The closest to the Villa is Santa Cruz which is 20 minutes west to the villa. Other beaches are located further south or north along the coast. The beaches vary in typology some or large golden sanded beaches facing the Atlantic ocean while others are more secluded. Here are some of the best beaches which are recommended. These are listed in approximate order of distance from the Villa the closet being just 20 minutes drive away from the Villa. SANTA CRUZ, ADRAGA, ERICEIRA, GUINCHO, PORTINHO DA ARRÁBIDA, MECO, TROIA, PRAIA DA CABANA DO PESCADOR, TAMARIZ, SESIMBRA, and MORENA. Due to it's geographical position, Portugal is blessed with some seriously sweet swells throughout most of the year. Here are some facts about surfing spots close to the Villa. * The closest surfing spot is Santa Cruz. This is approximately 20 minutes away from the villa. * The areas of Peniche, Ericeria and Lisbon contain more than 80 surfing spots and are all within a average 40 minute drive from the Villa's location. * Ericeira alone, (30 minutes drive away) has 17 surfing spots.
