Villa Avra is a beautiful, traditionally built and designed stone house, with 2 floors. It is 250square meters, built with high qualities materials and excellent details. It is surrounded from an amazing, green and enormous garden, full of flowers, olives, avocados, climbing vines, phoenixes and a huge, round pool. It can host up to 9 people, to a traditional environment, but also is equipped with all the latest comforts, providing a stay full of calm and insouciance! Stone arches are leading from one side of the living room to the other and ends at the fully equipped kitchen with an enormous dinning table. Four spacious bedrooms, each one with its own bath or balcony and thee baths make the stay qualitatively comfortable and enjoying. The furnishing and equipment are selected, in order to enharmonically match with the traditional type of the villa. A big enough, built with stone, barbeque, with a wood-oven under the shade and the dew of the climbing vine and a wonderful place with a big table for lunches at the garden is on your disposal. The thick stone walls and the shaded balconies provide natural dew even though the air-conditioning system is to your disposal. The central heating will warm you, while your stay, if it is needed.

The ground floor of the villa includes;
�A spacious living room, two couches for three people each, a fireplace, TV with DVD, mini STEREO with CD player, two armchairs, coffee table and many board games, phone for incoming calls. (To call, you need to use a phone card which you will have to buy.)
�Kitchen fully equipped, with electric kitchen with ovens, microwaves oven, big sized fridge, coffee-pot, toaster, a gross lunch table for 11 people. � Κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό σιδερένιο κρεβάτι, τουαλέτα, βρεφική κούνια και χρηματοκιβώτιο. �Bedroom with a double-sized iron bed, WC, baby coat, and a safe.
An indoor wooden staircase, leads to the upper floor, which includes;
� A bedroom with three iron beds and its own internal bathroom with bathtub, WC, and hair-dryer �Two bedrooms with two beds, each one. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and hair dryer.
All the bedrooms have balconies or verandas with a table, chairs and view to the sea, or to the mountains.
Garden-Courtyard
A big round pool with 8meters length, and easy-chairs Big built barbeque with wood-oven, garden table for dinner under the climbing vine.
