Each villa sleeps 4 or 5 people and the interior space of each villa is arranged as follows: Bedrooms: Upper level: 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and another one with two single beds (adjustable to double), with private sea and mountain view balcony. Fully air-conditioned and heated. Ground level: a sofa (single bed size) to be used by the 5th person, if required. Bathrooms: En-suite shower with WC, for every bedroom. Ground level WC & shower for the 5th person or the guests. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, cutlery, chinaware, glassware, cooking utensils, dining table & chairs. Living room: Spacious, with a big veranda which opens to the garden. Fully air-conditioned and heated. Fireplace, TV - satellite TV, home theater, Wireless internet WiFi (free of charge), study desk & chair. Other: All balconies and verandas as well as the garden have sea and mountain view. Notes on accommodation : - If you face any special problem, please confirm suitability of the premises before booking - Pets are not allowed - Towels and linen are included (beach towels are not included ) - Villa cleaning, bed linen and towels change twice a week Notes on prices: - Rates in Euros per night per villa ( 4 persons per villa ). - 10% more for the 5th person. - Minimum rent : One week. (Negotiable when it is possible). - Villa is rented entirely to one party. Rates cover taxes, vat,linen,,cleaning,water and electricity. - Villas are available all the year round at negotiated prices outside the abovementioned rental period. Booking Notes: - A non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental cost to confirm your booking. - Balance to be paid on arrival. - Payment only in Euros. Cancellation Policy: Period before start of stay within which written notification of cancellation is received by us: Cancellation: - Before arrival: deposit only - In case of cancellation during stay, client is obliged to pay 50% of the cost for the remaining period of his stay. - In case of a “No Show” booking will be treated as cancelled by the client.
