This mansion can easily accommodate 32 people. It is also possible to rent single suits to conveniently accommodate smaller parties.

It contains four fully air-conditioned suits and another two suits which are cooled by overhead fans. The four air-conditioned suits, as well as one of the fan-cooled suits can each comfortably sleep four people. Also our family suit consists of two separate rooms connected by a bathroom.

For newly-weds, the honey-moon suit situated at the highest place of the house will provide an unforgettable, spectacular view of the surrounding area.

The house comes with a barbecuing area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen containing all appliances.

Each level of the villa is surrounded by a terrace from which you can see a variety of spectacular views in three different directions. The terraces and balconies offer areas for group activities and private corners for you to enjoy in quiet solitude. The house has 10 dormitories, 6 suites and numerous luxury bathrooms bedecked with the finest imported Italian marble.

The sunny kitchen features wall-to-wall cupboards and a large, walk-in pantry.

It also features Cable TV SKY, in both TV’s as well as through the home-theater. It includes a games room which contains brand new pool and ping pong tables. The 13-meters long heated pool is surrounded by heat dissipating “Pedra de Minas” stone and lush gardens.

Fitness enthusiasts as well as those wishing to engage in some form of moderate exercise will also be delighted to note that there is an enormous swimming pool and a gym, complete with Sauna.

The Jacuzzi, with a breath-taking sea view, offers a most romantic setting.

To taste some truly Ubatuba flavors try these:

Azul marinho ("navy blue"), the dish of the local fisherman communities (cai�aras). Although it may look exotic, you know all the ingredients in the recipe.

Order azul marinho at well-known seafood restaurants in central Ubatuba, near the airport: Peixe com Banana, named for the two main ingredients in the dish.

Also, O Rei do Peixe ("The Fish King",is found in Rua Guarani 480.)

Sucol�ndia – Juice Land. More than 40 kinds of fruit juices and smoothies are available, as well as the ubiquitous a�a� na tigela – a�a� in the bowl. Bring your pocket dictionary to make sure you understand all the healthy combinations, such as morango com melancia (strawberry and banana).

Full Payment

Guests will receive:

• a 50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or

• a 25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.

Split Payments

If the guest cancels or the balance is not paid on time, the booking deposit (including the booking fee) cannot be refunded.

If the balance payment is not received at least two weeks before the holiday starts, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

If the guest has paid the full balance, they will receive:

• a 50% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel at least eight weeks before the start of the holiday; or

• a 25% refund of the total cost (minus the booking fee) if they cancel up to four weeks before the start of the holiday.
