          The house has 4 bedrooms with private pool. Occupancy up to 10 persons is possible.� It is AC equipped and fully furnished. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and garden tub. In the two twins bedrooms, there are two single� beds each.� The forth bedroom has a double bed. There is as full family bathrom with tub/shower. The house may� easily welcome two families. � Lots of space, with a large family room to rest after a day in Disneyworld and a large separate dining room to have dinner with the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped with micro-wave, dishwasher, freezer, oven, and everything you need to prepare delicious dishes�the days you are tired eating outside. The family room has a door to the covered lanai giving a view on the pool and the quiet conservation land and garden so that you are not overlooked. �� Our large private pool is southwest facing so that�you get sunshine from morning to sunset.� � It is also equipped�with patio table and sun beds for sunbathing and enjoy the pool under the heat of Florida. Additional table and chairs are also available for larger groups. Extra fee of $20 a day for pool heating (with a minimum of 3 consecutive days) if required.� I advise it for the period from October to May. We have a laundry room with washer and dryer and also an ironing board with iron.� We have two parking places in front of the house and a 2-cars garage if you don't want to lay your car exposed to the sun during the day. � The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

Walt Disney World is only at a 15 minutes drive and Universal Studio Orlando & Islands of Adventure are located at 25 minutes. There are also a lot of Entertainment, restaurants and shops at a short drive (Legoland, Wonderworks, Old Town Kissimmee, Congo River Golf, ...) The Cagan Crossings shopping center, located at the entrance of the community, includes supermarket, bank, post office, pharmacy, petrol station and a large Wallmart.� There are also lots of restaurants located along US 192 and US 27.
